1. How do I place my first sample order?

A. The process is very easy! Please note that you must use all your Sam-

ple Credit you receive from the purchase of your Sample Credit Option in

your first order and in your first 7 days.

Once you select your Sample Credit Option, you will be taken to the

sample recommended list that goes with your kit. From there, you can

choose to select all of the recommended items and checkout, or you

can choose to select only some of these items and add more items a

la carte. Please note that Sample Credits will automatically be applied

to your order.

2. Do I have to order everything in the recommended sample list?

A. Absolutely not! The great thing about the recommended sample lists

is that you can one-click shop to select all the items and check out, or

you can purchase just a couple of pieces in the recommended list and

then choose more a la carte.

3. Will the Starter Kit ship together with my sample order? What tax and shipping will I be charged on the Starter Kit and Sample orders?

A.The Starter Kit and your sample jewellery will ship separately. The Start-

er Kit will be shipped for free.

Shipping and Handling on the total retail value of your sample order will

depend on the retail value of your sample order. Please refer to our

shipping rates located on the website.

4. Are display items included with the Sample Credit Option I choose?

A. No, display items are not included. You may choose to purchase these

separately.

5. What is the return policy on my samples?

A. If you would like to return any of your samples you can follow our reg-

ular 14 day sample return policy found on our website. For any returns on

the Starter Kit, please contact the Delight Team through Chat.
