Surface Preparation: Surfaces to be treated should be clean free from oil, grease and loose particles. All latence and loose particles should be removed by wire brushing or by mechanical scrubbing. Repair all damaged surfaces and cracks. In case of badly honey combed surfaces, give a layer of screed or plaster.Application of BeckProof WAC: On the prepared surface, apply first barrier coat by brush / roller on pre-wetted surface. Apply second barrier coat after 2-3 hrs in perpendicular direction of first coat and plaster the surface immediately after 24 hrs. moist cure for 3-4 days.Application of Beck Bond WPC 30:Primer: Apply one brush/roller coat of primer Beck Bond WEP 21 on entire area as well as on corners, angles, coves, & parapet wall. Primer will help to seal all pores & hairline cracks.Basecoat: After 3-4 hrs drying of primer coat, apply base coat of Beck Bond WPC 30 lightly diluted with water (max. 5%).Topcoat: Apply second coat of Beck Bond WPC 30 on dried intermediate coat.
These systems are suitable for heavy rainfall areas due to their excellent waterproofing properties. Due to their flexibility suitable for severe seasonal temperature changes.
Being water based systems these systems can be applied on damp concrete.
BeckProof WAC lasts for about 2-3 yrs and Beck Bond WPC 30 lasts for about 3-5 yrs.

BeckProof WAC is an acrylic based polymer modified cementitious coating system. BeckProof WAC is a milky white liquid, which in combination with cement has excellent waterproofing and protection properties. It cures to a flexible film with excellent waterproofing properties to allow breathing of concrete. The coating can be covered with plaster, brick bat coba, IPS, tiles, etc. for longer life. After 24 hours, BeckProof WAC should be moist cured for 3-4 days before using the surface.
BeckProof WAC is a versatile product for application on different kinds of roofing substrates such as concrete, asbestos, brick, slate, natural stone, etc.

Beck Bond WPC 30 is a single component, elastomeric waterproof coating based on special acrylic co-polymers. For excellent adhesion, epoxy based, water thin able primer Beck Bond WEP 21 is recommended.
