Rental Events at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

Make the Bechtler the backdrop to your special occasion and host your birthday party, social gathering, graduation party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and/or reception, corporate receptions, corporate dinners and banquets!

Lobby/Plaza Combination $2,800*With the whimsical Firebird sculpture and warm terra-cotta-tiled exterior serving as the backdrop the Bechtler's lobby/plaza combination is ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 375 guests standing.

For seated dinners, we recommend all guests sit either indoors or outdoors.

Lobby $2,000* The lobby can accommodate 180 guests for a cocktail style event with minimal open seating and high top cocktail tables.

For seated dinners, the capacity is 120 guests. For events that include a DJ and dance floor, the capacity for seated guests is 100.

Sculpture Terrace $1,000*The second-floor sculpture terrace is a perfect setting for a private cocktail or seated dinner party, offering sweeping views of the Levine Center for the Arts and The Green park. The terrace can accommodate up to 50 guests for a standing reception or 30 guests for a seated dinner.

Classroom $600*Host your next training, workshop, conference, or luncheon meetings at the Bechtler. The Bechtler's second-floor classroom can accommodate up to 30 guests classroom style or up to 50 theater or lecture style.

The classroom can be rented during the day while the museum is open to the public and is equipped with a projector and TV for presentations.

Galleries Surround yourself with modern art and make your wedding unforgettable! The fourth-floor gallery can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated ceremony, pending layout of the exhibition.

*Space rental fee does not include staffing and bar costs. Non-profit pricing available upon request.
