Here Are Some Tips for Lasting Results Wear the wrap on for at LEAST 45 minutes. If you want, you can even sleep in it. The longer you can wear it, the

better, BUT, we suggest you do not wear it for more than 8 hours at a time.

Drink plenty of water. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Water is key to helping your body stay hydrated and move minerals through the body.

Remove the wrap BUT rub in the excess cream. When you’re ready to remove the wrap, there may be some excess cream that didn’t get absorbed. Don’t waste it! Rub it

into your skin until it all gets absorbed. This is the key to best results. And if it’s convenient leave it on as long as you can before you shower.

Don’t over do it! We recommend spacing out the wraps every 3 days (72 hours) so your body has time to use up all the natural products that it absorbs during the wrapping process. The herbs and botanicals in these wraps are very powerful.

The body wraps work on all parts of the body. Want to tighten your arms? Cut one wrap into 2. Need to tone up your thighs? One box will get you 2 applications for each leg. For best results, use 4 applicators on the same body area, wrapping only one area at a time.

The Ultimate Body Applicator helps tighten, tone, and firm in a manner that produces lasting results and without water loss. While results are lasting, you can counteract the results by eating poorly and not regularly exercising. Applying Defining Gel will enhance the results of the Applicator.

What if I don’t experience results with my first application? While most individuals begin to see improvements after the first application, it can take up to three or four applications for some to achieve optimal results. If you have small or clogged pores it can affect your ability to see results with the Applicator. We recommend that you use It Works!’ residue-free, naturally based cleanser gel to remove impurities from the skin before applying the Applicator.

Can anyone use the Ultimate Body Applicator? The Ultimate Body Applicator is formulated for adults. It is not recommended for children. While our products are safe and effective, we do not recommend that pregnant or nursing moms use the Ultimate Body Applicator.
