Hearing no objection, the Chair directed the item concerningPublic Hearing Regarding request for authority to erect a fourfoot privacy fence along the east and west property lines oftheir rear yard - Robert and Karen McCarthy, 1364 Roslyn, BEADJOURNED until later in tonight's agenda.

WHEREAS, as a nation devoted to liberty and justice for all,America must increase its efforts to protect and restorecrime victims rights; and

WHEREAS, all citizens of America must do their part to stopviolence by reporting crimes, by supporting moreequitable sentencing laws, and by refusing to tolerateinjustice in our homes or on our streets; and

WHEREAS, crime victims and those who serve them deserve oursupport for their quest to secure victim justice; and

WHEREAS, a national commitment to violence reduction and victimassistance will help bring criminals to justice, andjustice to victims; and
