WHAT WE DO

Page 6: Beats Rhymes and Life's Presentation

We envision a society where young people have access to quality care that is strength-based, youth-centered, and culturally relevant. We envision a society were young people are not simply consumers of services but active members of a Community of Care that includes other youth, their families, organizations and public systems all working together to eliminate health disparities and achieve health equity.
