NSK Molded Oil Bearings is a solid lubricant mixture of polymers, oils, and other additives which can be customized for your specific lubrication requirements. NSK’s solid lubricant has an oil-filled, connected, porous structure. The porous polymer structure fills the air space between the rolling elements and race, keeping foreign objects out while retaining oil in the pores. The oil lubricates the bearing surfaces by capillary action. Additional oil is supplied to the bearing from the reserves in the pores. There is no need for maintenance or additional lubrication during the life of a NSK Molded Oil filled bearing.

Graphite Solid Lube Bearings

NSK Graphite Solid Lube is a dry, solid graphite formula engineered to seal and lubricate bearings and conveyor wheels. It exhibits extraordinary performance even in the most difficult applications.

It is the only product that works at hightemperatures (3500C) and low temperatures (-650C) without any change in torque and without the need for seals or shields to keep the lubricant in the bearing.

The Silver-Lube® series from NSK is a range of corrosion resistant bearing units specifically for use in industries

where frequent washdowns are necessary, optimum hygiene standards are required and good chemical

Aqua-Bearings

NSK Aqua-Bearings use a special fluororesin for

the inner and outer rings, as well as for the

cages. These bearings are perfect for a whole

string of applications with water, alkali and acid

environments. They manage without the usual

grease or oil lubrication.

Chrome-plated corrosion-resistant bearings

Thanks to nickel-plating, these bearings display an

extremely high resistance to corrosion. Even

constant underwater operation cannot adversely

affect their performance.

Corrosion-resistance through nickel-plating

These bearings can withstand chemical washing

processes and represent a cost-effective

alternative to totally ceramic bearings. They are

suitable for alkaline and mildly acidic

environments as well as for applications with

water rinsing.

Triple-lip sealed inserts

Triple-lip sealed inserts can replace ordinary ball

bearing inserts in applications where bearings are

subjected to strong dust or water pollution, such as

in vegetable washing plants or in fish processing

plants.
