Vicki Marsha Uniform Sale Here at Bethany June 1, 2:30-5:00 RAISE A GLASS: DONATION OPPORTUNITIES “Raise a Glass” is our major fundraiser for our Student Success program. While we have about 5 months before our great event, we are hoping to get your donations confirmed as early as possible. Student Success has been incredibly blessed by the generous hearts of many of our “Student Success friends”, and hope that you’ll want to participate for the 2017 RAG. During each RAISE A GLASS event, we hold silent and live auctions, as well as “opportunity” drawings for variety of great items. Past donations have included an assortment of creative options including vacation getaways, mountain cabin retreats, tickets to theater, comedy clubs, and sporting events, custom gift baskets, bottles of fine wine, distinctive jewelry, restaurant gift certificates, passes to local amusement parks, hosted wine dinners and pool parties, cooking classes, rounds of golf, spa and beauty packages, handmade quilts, sports collectibles, electronic readers, TV’s, and more. We welcome your creative ideas! We hope you’ll confirm your generous donation soon so we can effectively support the efforts of the Student Success Program. completed by June 1….Did you help with Fun Day? Make sure you’ve filled out a FISH Slip (electronic or paper) so we can give you credit!

Also, our art teacher, Mrs. Sandlin, could use some help assembling student art portfolios. This is something that can be done from home! If you can lend a hand, e-mail her at [email protected].

Earn Rebates all Summer: Scrip sales will continue during Summer to help you earn the largest tuition or tech fee rebate possible. Scrip/gift cards will be sold in the school office every week day 9 am-3 pm, except July 4. Scrip will also be sold every Sunday morning in Friendship Square, 9 am-11 am. School Uniform Scrip: Vicki Marsha Uniform Scrip is on hand so you can earn a rebate when you purchase school uniforms and PE clothes. Vicki Marsha Scrip can be used this Thursday at the Uniform Sale, at the Vicki Marsha location in Huntington Beach and for mail, telephone or website orders. Weddings, Graduations and Father’s Day: all good opportunities to purchase Scrip/gift cards and increase your rebate for next year. Summer Vacations: Before you leave on vacation purchase Scrip for gas, hotels and restaurants. Many major hotel chains such as Best Western, Comfort Inn, Hilton and Hyatt are available to order. Disney Scrip/gift cards can be used at both Disney Parks, all Disney hotels, the Disney Store and Disney Cruises. Thank Your Teacher: Choose a gift card from Bethany Scrip for your teacher’s favorite place to eat or shop. We have their Wish Lists in the office.

Bethany Summer Music & Arts Camp 2017

Announcing the return of our summer fine arts camp for kids entering Kindergarten-7th grades. “Weather the Weather” is our theme this year, come join in the fun! BSM&A 2017 will take place on the campus of Bethany Lutheran Church during the week of June 26-June 29, M-Th, from 9AM –noon. Registration Fee: $100 per child (non-refundable) with a maximum of $175 per family. Registration forms available in the church or school office or downloaded from Bethany’s website www.bethanylutheran.org . Forms and fees are due by May 31. Questions? SAVE THE DATE - Our annual RAISE A GLASS event is planned for Saturday, October 21, 2017! This year promises to be even better than previous! We will have a great new venue, an exciting array of auction items, a larger space to allow for more "Friends of Student Success", and more to come! RAISE A GLASS is a unique annual Bethany fund raising event and is the major means to support our Student Success Program! Please add this date to your calendar and consider inviting other friends and family to help celebrate and support SSP!
