Some of actives are going to get over the bead, because there are some active ingredients on the surface of this beads also.

Matrix Structure: Normally, it is made by extrusioner. All materials are mixed. They can load some active ingredients into the beads with matrix structure.

此类工艺普遍用挤出设备操作，即将芯料、原料制剂预先混合均匀，并同时可以添加各类活性成分混合制成。

This system will make the beads with higher speed than fluidizer, and cost less energy. 产出比流化床快，价格更低廉

Porous Structure in water because lactose mannitol dissolved

• Hydrophobic actives such as butter, oil, VE, are as small drop absorbed by MCC fiber and blocked in the polymer crossing-link net structure.

• Big molecular hydrophilic actives such as gel, polymer, can be locked or crossing link in the colorlets.
