Here listed clockwise from Eivissa around the island’s other four department’s Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Joan de Labritja Department: Eivissa 1. Talamanca Talamanca Beach borders the Bay next to the harbour. It is separated by an isthmus, where the Botafoch light- house is located. It has the advantage of being near the city centre while still offering a paradisiacal landscape. 2. Ses Figuerettes Accessible from the city centre, Figueretes Beach is made up of several inlets skirted by a boardwalk, with hotels, bars and restaurants, as well as painters and craftspeople showing their work. Department: Sant Josep De Sa Talaia 3. Sa Caleta A small beach, fishermen cove style but loved by local families. You can finish off the excursion visiting the rest of the nearby Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta, VII century BC; declared Word Heritage. 4. Cala Bassa This one that can be described as real natural swimming pool; and is arguably one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole Balearics islands because of the transpar- ency of its waters, the quality of sand and the leafy wood of junipers, pine trees and tamarinds that sur- rounds it, among which you shall find countless corners to take a nap in the shade. Port des Torrent Named as such because it has generated from the mouth of a torrent, this natural harbour of a large residential and tourist area is located right at the beginning of the bay of Sant Antoni. It has a great variety of services and restau-rants. 7. Es Cubells You can find this beach at the foot of striking cliffs typical from the area. It is made up of three little coves which are separated by formations of rocks. The beach is cov-ered by a blanket of pebbles; it has crystal waters. 8. Es Bol Nou Surrounded by small cliffs made up of clavely orange-coloured rocks, this small cove is calm and offers a friendly atmosphere. Its crystal waters, of little depth, al-low walking into the sea for quite a few metres. 9. Platja d’en Bossa This Ibiza’s longest beach and it goes from Eivissa's mu-nicipality to that of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Suitable for

water sports, it offers a wide range of services. It is very touristic as well as local residents. 10. Cala Jondal Located inside of a large bay that looks south, it is amongst the most popular beaches because of the beauty of its environment and because it has countless services that delight those who choose to go there. The beach has an area covered by pebbles with wooden walkways giving it to easy access to the water. Not much frequented. 11. Cala Moli This is where you can enjoy extraordinary views of the island s'Espartar and the west coast of the island. It is surrounded by woods of pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, from this small cove and the nearby cliffs. The beach provides a peaceful place to swim and relax. 12. Cala Tarida This is a very long beach, very safe for bathing, perfect to practise water sports. It has many services and entertain-ment attractions and is much frequented by tourists.

13. Es Xarco Small size relatively unknown beach made up of a closed not very large small cove but perfect for snorkelling. It has a refreshment stall. 14. Platges de Comte This beach is made of several small coves, all well located in a natural environment of extraordinary beauty. You will be able to gaze at the colourful spectacle of sun at sunset with the small islands of s'Espartar, des Bosc and sa Conillera as silent witnesses. The combination of the brightness of the sand and the reflection of the sun on its turquoise waters make of this place a real heaven at any time of the year. 15. Es Cavallet Nudist beaches better known and pioneering in Spain for this practice. Its structure is opened and long, and it is sur-rounded by dunes and abundant autochthon vegetation. Walking around it you will find superb corners to sunbathe and bathe in its crystal waters. Do not miss visiting the Torre de ses Portes, at the end of the beach. 16. Ses Salines This is your beach if you want to swim with the celebs. It is long, fashionable and with very clear waters – hence the meeting point of celebrities. It also has a very high ecological

value because it belongs to the Natural Park of Ses Salines; and for location, it is not far from the city of Eivissa. 17. Cala Carbo Small peaceful family-friendly cove, very protected, by woods of pine trees which is very suitable for children. The beach has very popular gastronomy in the two refreshment stalls. Take the opportunity to have a relaxing massage at the sea-shore. 18. Cala Vedella This beach has an abundance of water sports, large range of services, restaurants, bars, and shops.. A real natural swim-ming pool of crystal waters, very family beach popular where you will be able to enjoy a perfect day at the seaside. 19. Cala Codolar Small and peaceful, East oriented. It is located in a cove, protected from winds and swell. There is a refreshment stall and a restaurant where you will be able to enjoy tasty dishes of local gastronomy. Department: Sant Antoni De Portmany 20. Cala Gracio Small and beautiful family beach used by residents of the area. It is well placed between soft rocky promontories and a luxuriant wood of junipers and pine trees. It has many

services including a refreshment stall. It also has a pecu-liar orm of triangle, narrow with a tongue of sand getting into the wood. Cap Blanc, a natural aquarium is close by. 21. Calo des Moro A Small quiet family beach, located very close to Sant Antoni town. Its has easy access and is close to several hotels and tourist apartments. This makes it quite crowed. Perfect for snorkelling. 22. Punta Galera Nudist beach simply by sheer lack of use by others. It is at the foot of a craggy cliff; made up the huge stone slabs of different heights, coming from the working of an old quarry, and they are today natural terraces perfect to sunbathe and take a bath in its crystal waters. 23. Es Pouet Named after an old well located in the seashore; it is one of the most popular beaches in Sant Antoni, and bearing in mind that it is located in an urban area, it can be com-plement for its clean sand and the transparency of its waters. Its little depth makes it perfect for children to play.

24. S’Arenal de Sant Antoni Parallel to the beach, is the promenade of Sant Antoni, bordering the line of the coast of its spectacular bay. Among its main advantages, is the choice services availa-bel, the closeness to the town centre and its clean sand. . You can make the most of the sunset time and go for a walk, enjoying this and colourful spectacle. 25. Cala Salada This beach is made up of a bigger cover and another one smaller named Cala Saladeta, separated by rocky cliffs where a group of old dry-dock stalls blend into them, used by fishermen of the area to shelter their traditional boats, known as men of the area to shelter their traditional boats, known as "llaüts". Walking around its coast you will find beautiful places between the rocks where you will be able to enjoy greater privacy. Under the nearby pine grove there is a restaurant offering tasty delicious local cuisine. 27. Cala Benirrás Better known by local veteran fishermen as port of Benir-ras because of its structure as a closed bay, protected from strong wings, it is located in a natural spot of ex-traordinary beauty and it has a leafy wood with paths that will delight those fond of this discipline. With good food on offer and the magical presence of the small island Cap Bernat this beach becomes something really special. 28. Cala Sant Vicent As in other places of the island, the outstanding beauty of the area has contributed to the creation of a well-established tourist centre, hotels, restaurants and shops emerging from the sand few metres away from the huge natural swimming pool formed by this beautiful cove. An opportunity to visit the Punic Sanctuary of sa Cova des Culleram;the views from there are superb. 29. Cala Xuclar This is where you go if you want to get away from the most frequented beaches to enjoy the calm of its natural environment. Those fond of snorkelling will enjoy the rich-ness of underwater fauna and flora living in its crystal waters. Take the opportunity to taste some good sea food in the small refreshment stall and walk around the paths that run throughout the surrounding vegetation. 30. Cala Xarraca With the natural beauty of the northern coves of the is-land, this peaceful place exudes calmness. Ramblers can walk around its surroundings and enjoy the magnificent views of the area. If you have the opportunity, take a boat trip along the littoral and discover the coves nearby with countless corners to swim and sunbathe. 31. Caló D'en Serra Located in a unique environment surrounded by cliffs and vegetation, at the end of a winding path, this small cove of transparent and quiet waters entices one to bathe. The beach is complete with a small refreshment stall and sev-eral dry-dock stalls. There is also a lonely cove known as a paradise for lonely lovers. 32. Es Pas de SIlla des Bosc This beach is used as a connecting link between Illa des bosc and the island of Ibiza. Because of this peculiar cir-cumstance it has two slopes, one southeast oriented, look-ing towards the open sea. The inside slope is usually the most frequented because of its quiet and clean waters. There is a small refreshment stall and though its access is difficult, it is worth going there. 33. Port de Sant Miquel An ideal water sports and tourist location Port de Sant

Miquel is also a family beach. An opportunity to visit to Cova de can Marça. 34. Portinatx It is made up of a group of three coves s'Arenal Gros, the main one, s'Arenal Petit, smaller and the small fishermen harbour located at the end of the road that takes you to this beautiful place. Around them is an important tourist centre which offers countless possibilities of entertainment for family audience. The old Torre of Portinatx is located nearby. Department: •Santa Eulária Des Riu 35. Cala Boix This beach is peaceful and has a refreshment stall to-gether with a variety of restaurants known for the quality of their sea food and fishes. The beach is accessed by steep stairs therefore not advisable for persons with im-paired mobility.

36. Cala Nova This beach of fine golden sand and transparent waters emerges from a dense wood of junipers, and it has achieved to preserve its natural environment. It has a quiet but quite frequented atmosphere and it offers you different services among which are restaurants and re-freshments stalls. Before getting into the water you have to pay attention to flags signalling danger because there are regular strong currents and easterly winds. 37. Cala Pada This beautiful corner on the coast emerges from a leafy wood of pine trees and junipers. Its crystal waters are not deep at all. They are the perfect place for children to play while adults can enjoy a wide range of services, on a beach very well connected by road; not withstanding. Great opportunity to walk along the coast paths that will take you to nearby coves. 38. Platja de Santa Eularia des Riu Located right in the town centre of this beautiful place, it can be pointed out not only for its easy access but also for the extraordinary transparency of its waters and the qual-ity of the sand. One can find any kind of services in this crowded cove; in the promenade running along the coast you will find bars, restaurants, shops and endless offers to meet all your needs. 39. Cala LLenya Ideal for water sports. History has it that there is an old bed of torrent des Coix. There is also a path available to take you to Cala Nova. The beach is quiet with many services. 40. Cala Mastella A unique, picturesque and peaceful place hidden in a small inlet among rocky formations and pine trees woods. It is made up of a small cove, at the mouth of a torrent and, to its left, by an exceptional fishermen harbour with a group of dry-dock stalls, a makeshift quay and a re-freshment stall where they offer delicious freshly caught fish. 41. S’estanyol Not much frequented cove, perfect ramblers and walking excursions because it is located in a natural environment surprisingly virgin, among leafy woods of pine trees and junipers through which coast paths wind. There is a re-freshment stall where Reggae music is played. 42. S’Aigua Blanca This long beach stretches under the shelter of steep cliffs that hides the sun before it appears in other beaches. It is very exposed to strong east winds. It shares, with es Cavallet, the preference as nudist beach; not withstand-ing, it is frequented by families and is crowded. Its horizon is flanked by sa Punta Grossa, on the north, and the is-land of Tagomago on the south; the views are impressive. 43. Platja des Canar A small and friendly harbour that has developed great

tourist interest. In addition to swimming in its clean and transparent waters, take the opportunity to visit and shop in the popular street market of Punta Arabí, opened on Wednesday in summer. The market is renowned very interesting handicrafts. 44. Es Niu Blau This small and singular sandy spot, located in the mouth of Torrent d'Arabí, is surrounded by a dense Mediterra-nean nest that goes into the sea, providing a refreshing shelter during the hottest hours of the day. This "blue nest" as its called, ("niu blau" means "blue nest"), is a shelter of peace and calm. 45 Platja des Riu de Santa Eularia Santa Eulària is known for having the only river of Illes Balears, in the mouth of which this beach has developed, and sheltered. It is also a small harbour that serves as a meeting point for boats canoeists and sailing. The beach offers great variety for water sports. 46. Es Figueral Located in a tourist area, it has all the necessary services and many options to enjoy sports and entertainment.. This is a family beach mainly enjoyed by the locals. Its name, literally means “of the fig trees" refers to the abun-dance of these fruit trees that still exist in the area. 47. Es Pou des Illeo This small cove is located in the mouth of the Canal d'en Marti an exceptional seaworthy corner surrounded by the traditional fishermen stalls. Though the beach is very small, you can find perfect places to swim and sunbathe. Take the opportunity to taste the local gastronomy in the neighbouring restaurants. In the surroundings you can also visit the Torre d'en Valls. 48. Cala Martina Located in front of the small islands of Illa de Santa Eulària e Illa Redona, it has the perfect structure for prac-tising water sports such as sailing.. There are places to rent boats and if you are fond of diving do not miss an immersion to explore the caverns of these small islands and its nearby bottoms. 49. S’Argamassa Made up of several small coves joined together, it is lo-cated in a tourist area among woods of pine trees and junipers. This beach is very much appreciated by visitors staying in the area because of the transparency of its wa-ters, its calmness and the variety of services it offers. 50. Cala LLonga Residential and tourist area, Cala Llonga is located be-tween high mountain formations and the mouth of a tor-rent of dense vegetation. Beneath the nearby cliffs, you have the opportunity to find lonely corners, small coves difficult to get to but perfect for swimming and resting. Services available.
