Showhorses typically are one hit wonders… in business this means that you may nail down that one huge client, but after that, it may be all you have. Showhorses typically look good on the outside, but are empty on the inside… in business this means that you ultimately only care about what you look like in the end.



• You get the idea here behind show horses…it’s not the way you want to go in business.



• What you want to be is a workhorse… maybe you don’t look so pretty, maybe it took you years to find success, but you held to your course, you stuck it out, and because you did, you’re successful today… this is the definition of a workhorse.



• Workhorses stick to their core values… in business terms this means that you don’t care what other people think. Workhorses trudge through the mud… in business terms this means that you build your own roads. Workhorses are there for each other… in business terms this means that you realize that working together as a team is going to yield better results than working as an individual.



• Listen, this isn’t difficult stuff to understand when you break it down to simple terms like I did here… it’s all about being true to yourself, sticking to your core values, working as a team, and not letting anyone or anything stop you from achieving what you set out to.



• Take this information, study it, memorize it, recite it, teach it, and implement it into your everyday business life… and you’ll be well on your way to success.
