Identify your saboteurs; we all havethem. Focusing on your top two, we
help you discover how and when theyshow up and the impact they have on
you and others. We share a frameworkto help identify ways you may be held
back and practice how to reframeunhelpful beliefs.

What makes feedback so difficult?Practice ways to make the process
engaging and effective. Learn aboutbenefits of failure, asking for
