First choose a strip or two as your starting point, fussy cut these and glue them on their places. Then use a pencil to draw some lines (these can be total-ly freehand!). These lines will be your guide for the area you are going to start zentangling on.

After you have glued the stripes down and have your area defined, start add-ing patterns and forms you feel like adding. You can also add some shadows and details to the printed images, too! I did.

I used a black Sharpie for this purpose, as I wanted to color the images with Glimmer Glaze afterwards, so I wanted to make sure the black marker color will not “bleed” afterwords.

Next I chose 3 Glimmer Glaze colors (purple, yellow and pink) to color some areas of the background. I just wanted to add a hint of color and therefore kept to light tones.

After the Glimmer Glaze was dry, I adhered the photo on it´s place with 3D foam glue pads.

Next I chose some chipboards butterflies as embellish-ments and treated them with green Glimmer Mist. I used a paint brush for coloring.

After that I just added some glitter glue here and there, the journaling and the title.

Finally I also outlined the layout with the black sharpie and added some black Glimmer Glaze splatters here and there for additional detail.
