Woodstock, VA 22664 BPRO Members,
If you attended our August Board meeting and Committee/PD Office Train-
ing we learned together, had fun together and I mentioned that my motto
for this upcoming year would be #positivelybetter!
As Benefit Program Specialists, we wear many hats and we do great at
wearing those hats, multitasking, customer service, deadlines, etc. but can
we do better?
Can we do it better in a positive manner?
Of course we can. The last page of this newsletter is just a small way for
you to try and turn up the volume on positivity in your personal and profes-
sional life.
If you have a question, comment, concern regarding BPRO, please feel
free to email me at [email protected].
Stay tune for exciting information regarding our wish list, conference, SME
Tree, and video conferencing.
Want to put a face with the name? Are you attending conference?
Find all the Executive Board Members and introduce yourself to them. Get
your program signed by all 8 members prior to Board meeting and be en-
tered in a drawing.
Stay tune! Information will be in your registration confirmation letter from
Tina Caldwell-Eheart.
We want you to know us and we want to know you!
Thank you in advance
for your continued
support for our organi-
zation.
Sincerely,
Deana J. Bennett
