Who QualifiesIndependent Consultants, District Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents are eligible to participate in this incentive.

EligibilityCanadian and United States Arbonne Independent Consultants who are active and in compliance with the Independent Consultant Application and Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan are eligible to participate in this incentive.

Qualification CriteriaTo qualify for the Be Jewelled Incentive rewards, the Arbonne Independent Consultant must promote with an effective date from September 1 through December 1, 2012.

• Those who promote to District Manager according to the original volume requirements are eligible to earn the Valeska earrings.

• Those who promote to Area Manager according to the original volume requirements are eligible to earn the Valeska earrings and ring.

• Those who promote to Regional Vice President according to the original volume requirements are eligible to earn the Valeska earrings, ring and necklace.

.A All new and existing Canadian and U.S. Independent Consultants who are active and in good standing with the Company may participate in this incentive.

.A The Independent Consultant, District Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Vice President must achieve their next rank under the original Consultant Qualification requirements. Please refer to the Arbonne SuccessPlan for full details.

Rewards.Q When I promote to District Manager under the original

Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, what reward will I receive?

.A You will receive a pair of earrings for promoting to District Manager during this incentive period.

.Q When I promote to Area Manager under the original Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, what reward will I receive?

.A You will receive a pair of earrings and a ring for promoting to Area Manager during this incentive period.

.Q When I promote to Regional Vice President under the original Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, what reward will I receive?

.A You will receive a pair of earrings, a ring and a necklace for promoting to Regional Vice President during this incentive period.

.Q When I promote to National Vice President under the original Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, what reward will I receive?

.A You will receive a pair of earrings, a ring and a necklace for promoting to National Vice President during this incentive period.

.Q Can I substitute the value of the jewellery rewards for another reward or for cash?

.A No, no cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply.

.Q Are there any special Be Jewelled Incentive rewards available for our male Arbonne Independent Consultants?

.A Our male Independent Consultants who earn the Be Jewelled incentive will be sent the jewellery they have earned according to the program. If the male Consultant prefers not to receive the jewellery, he may instead receive a product voucher upon request as follows: DM = $65 product voucher, AM = $130 product voucher, RVP or NVP = $195 product voucher. Please notify our Customer Service Department by December 1, 2012 if you have this request.

Qualifications.Q I want to promote to District Manager, how many months

do I have to qualify?.A To promote to District Manager, you can complete your

qualifications over a one, two or three month period.

.Q I want to promote to Area Manager, how many months do I have to qualify?

.A To promote to Area manager, you can complete your qualifications over a two or three month period.

.Q I want to promote to Regional Vice President, how many months do I have to qualify?

.A To promote to Regional Vice President, you can complete your qualifications over a two or three month period.

.Q I want to promote to National Vice President, how many months do I have to qualify?

.A To promote to National Vice President, you can complete your qualifications over a two or three month period.

.Q What if I only meet the current qualifications for promotion, and don’t achieve the original Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, will I be recognized for my promotion?

.A Yes, the recognition for the current qualifications remains the same. For example, if you achieve 2,000 QV in current qualification, instead of the 2,500 QV needed to meet the original Consultant Qualification and Maintenance levels, you will be recognized with a letter and certificate as well as on-stage recognition at the next GTC.

.Q If I achieve my promotion to District Manager as of September 1 under original qualifications, and want to continue forward to reach Area Manager by the end of the incentive period (Sept 1 – Dec 1), which Be Jewelled incentive rewards will I receive?

.A In the case where you receive multiple promotions under the original qualifications during the incentive period, you will receive the rewards for the highest level of promotion you achieved during the Be Jewelled incentive period.

.Q I am currently an Area Manager. If I promote to Regional Vice President under the original qualification requirements during the incentive period, will I receive the earrings, ring and necklace even though my earlier promotions were achieved under current qualifications?

.A Yes, in this case, you will earn all three of the rewards for promoting from Area Manager to Regional Vice President (earrings, ring and necklace).

.Q When will I receive my rewards for the Be Jewelled incentive?

.A All rewards for the Be Jewelled incentive will be sent out after the conclusion of the incentive period.

Re-Qualifications.Q I previously promoted to District Manager (DM), but I am

currently at the rank of Arbonne Independent Consultant. May I participate in the Be Jewelled Incentive?

.A Yes, you may participate in this incentive.

.Q If an Arbonne Independent Consultant re-qualifies to District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Vice President or National Vice President during the incentive period, is he/she eligible for the rewards?

.A Yes, an Arbonne Independent Consultant who promotes to the level of District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Vice President or National Vice President under the original volume requirements is eligible for rewards upon re-qualification during the Be Jewelled Incentive period.

Be Incentive FAQ

• In order to receive the incentive reward(s), the participating Arbonne Independent Consultant must be active, qualified and in good standing with Arbonne, and in compliance with his or her Arbonne Application and Agreement, Policies and Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan (the Agreements) at the time of the qualification period and when the incentive reward(s) is awarded.

• Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Arbonne Independent Consultant at any time for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or any violation of the Agreements.

• Rewards are not transferable; no prize and no earned or unused volume can be gifted or transferred to another Arbonne Independent Consultant or to any other individual for any reason.

• No cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply.

• All incentive qualifications, specifications, rewards and details are subject to change at the sole discretion of Arbonne. Arbonne reserves the right to amend, change, modify and/or cancel any portion of the incentive at any time at its sole discretion.

• Arbonne reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensation, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this incentive to ensure the spirit of the incentive is achieved. The Independent Consultant may be immediately disqualified from the incentive if Arbonne determines, at its sole discretion, tampering, fraud, significant compliance issues, or bonus buying has occurred.

• Arbonne Independent Consultant incentives, advancements, recruitments, and/or sponsorships or product orders that are deemed by Arbonne, at its sole discretion, to be solely for incentive manipulation will not count towards the incentive.

• The purchase of business supplies or aids and payment of the new Independent Consultant fees do not carry RV/QV and will not be included in the PRV/PQV requirements for this Incentive.

• Arbonne may deduct volume and any resulting reward(s) as a result of any product returns, exchanges of product for lesser value or re-purchases of any product.

• All outstanding balances with Arbonne must be completely paid by the qualifying Arbonne Independent Consultant prior to awarding of the incentive reward(s).
