and partnership.
Vision: Bring God’s transforming love to the poor and marginalized children and youth. Mission: Answer the cry of the poor children and youth in education and their general well being. Objective: Enable the poor and marginalized children and youth to be progressive, peaceful, healthy, God loving children and youth.
Area and Target Poverty Groups
• Presence of ready and capable members of Program Implementing Team (PIT)
• Poor children and youth including children : • Prisoners • Migrant workers (domestic helpers, drivers, laborers) • Poor farmers /fisherman • Poor CFC members • Physically challenged children
• Must have been qualified and endorsed by a CFC PIT of the Sector.
Family and Child
• Child and youth age range of 6-21 y/o, both in or out of school • Parents must have at least 2 children or 1 child if parent is
single, widowed and separated • Combined monthly income of not more than P18,000 or based
on applicable poverty threshold • Only 1 sponsored child in the family • Written agreement by the parents signifying compliance in CSP
guidelines on sponsorship.
• Transfer of residency or migration out of community or area • Dual or multiple sponsorship ( assistance from other gov’t agencies,
parish)
• Improvement in economic status of the sponsored child or youth
• Vices like habitual smoking and alcohol drinking, internet gaming, gambling, drug or substance abuse.
• Abusive disposition/manners • Voluntary withdrawal from the ANCOP CSP • Regular Employment of sponsored youth
• Non-participation and non-compliance of the child and the
parent with prescribed program activities
NOTE: Non membership of parents of sponsored children in CFC is not a
valid ground for sponsorship termination of CSP scholars.
However, the non-participation and failure of CSP scholars and their parents to comply with the required CSP activities implemented through KFC or YFC and/or CFC such as value formation, summer camps, conferences, assemblies, cultural, social, sports and creative arts is a valid ground for sponsorship termination.
• Grades:
• grade lower than 78 and failure to be promoted to next grade or year level for one school year for elementary and high school
• of college level a weighted grade lower than 2.75 (with 1 as the highest and 5 as the lowest) or its equivalent for two consecutive semesters
• Failure to submit a copy of Report/Assessment card, which is a required document in rendering the Annual Progress Report
• Change in civil status of beneficiary like pregnancy/single parenting, elopement/live in and marriage
• Death
• The Coordinator shall prepare a letter address to BCOP Sector
Level • The cause of death (if the death is unknown, clearly state that cause is
unknown) • Steps that were take to save the child’s life. Assistance that was extended to
the family before and after the child’s death • Expressions of Sympathy
• Should there be any outstanding gifts for the departed child, these should be given to the parent/s guardian who should acknowledge the same.
• Replacement of terminated sponsored children shall be subject to the existing CSP queue or waitlisted applicants,
• which means that replacements shall be taken from applicants on the top of the list
• and/or applicants considered priority by CSP National Office.
• Elementary ( 6-13 years old)

• College/Vocational/Technical (14-21 years old)
NOTE: Priorities are given to Elementary and High School
• Educational Support • (Tuition, School Fees, School Uniforms, Shoes, Supplies,
Transportation & Food Allowance, Tutorials)
• Values Formation (HH, CHA,CLA,SA,MER, Teaching
Nights,)
• Child and parent shall sign the attendance/participation in these VF activities for purposes of monitoring by PIT
• Health and Medical Care
• Cultural/Creative Arts & Kids/Youth/Kids Camps
• assemblies and conferences provided by the Kids for Christ(KFC) for elementary and by Youth For Christ (YFC) for high school,
• Parent Involvement and Partnership • Status Reporting on Sector Assembly
• Submission of Child/Youth and Family • Endorsement by an ANCOP MM sector Head/PIT to
CFC ANCOP • Approval of all Profiles by CFC ANCOP and Queuing
for sponsor match • Matched Sponsor and Fund Remittance • Communication between Sponsors and Sponsored
Children • TYL and Annual Progress Reports
• Reporting and accountability by PIT
Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation
• Partnership with Parents(regular and periodic activities or
meetings with the sponsored children and youth and their parents)
• Elementary and High School Level Sponsored Students • weekly or bi monthly meeting) • Quarterly assemblies with the sponsored children together with the
parents, PIT and EPS for monitoring and consultation • Quarterly submission of report cards and value formation attendance.
• College/Technical/Vocational Sponsored Students • Bimonthly or monthly meeting with the PIT for delivery of CSP benefits • Quarterly with PIT and EPS for monitoring and consultation • Semestral submission of copy of grade
• Be a CSP volunteer/member of the PIT
• Be a proud Child Advocate and Recruit Sponsors
• Sponsor a Child

Donor remits cash/check to Chapter/ Cluster Head
Donor sends SMS to BCOP CSP Cluster Coordinator
BCOP CSP Cluster Coordinator acknowledges receipt of SMS, records remittance for reconciliation purposes
Upon Remittance of Chapter/Cluster, BCOP CSP Cluster Coordinator prepares Acknowledgement Receipt, sends SMS to Donor for the receipt of payment.
BCOP CSP Cluster Coordinator remits donation to BCOP Admin for deposit to the bank

Donor sends scanned copy /picture to BCOP CSP Cluster Coord.

BCOP CSP Cluster Coordinator prepares Acknowledgement Receipt and forwards to Chapter/Cluster Head
