• Personal Premium Commission• any month you sell

• Sally *Brand New Stylist• 1st month sells $500• $500 x 25%= $125

• 2nd month sells $200• $200 x 25%= $50

• 3th month sells $0

• *4th month sells $400

TOTAL CUMULATIVE= $1100*

• After 1000PV Cumulative Sally automatically moves to *Certified (26%)

• 4th month sells $400• $400 x 26%*= $104

• Moves from Stylist to Certified!

• Personal Wholesale Volume• 75% of the PV that

you personally sell• PV x .75= PWV

• Group Wholesale Volume• The sum of the

Personal Wholesale Volume (PWV) for the whole group• Eg. Group $4000• 4000 x .75• =3000 GWV

• Self ~ 500 PV minimum ($500) =27% commission• 1 active Frontline Stylist (min. of 150 PV in sales)• Group ~ 1500 GWV (team PV total x .75=GWV)• Can not move up to Lead unless they have

become Certified (sold 1000PV)but this can happen both in the same month• BONUS• 2% of Frontline Stylist or Certified Stylist Group

REMEMBER

• There are 3 requirements to earn a Team Bonus• You must sell $500+ MONTHLY• You must have 1-4 Active Frontline• You must have Total with your team1500+ Group Wholesale Volume

• Your Team Bonus is based on what you earn in that month (RANK)• Your Personal Commission is based on your TITLE

• If you don’t earn the min requirements (LEAD) you still get paid your commission on your sales, based on your TITLE 26-32%, but you are not eligible for the Team Bonus

• If you are equal or surpassed by your DL in TITLE you do not earn any bonus on them or their team• You are LEAD and they are DREAM Stylist, you don’t get any of their GWV ~
