Review of the 2016 Season
• Start Times All Divisions at 12:00 In case of junior games in the morning the
corresponding league games was started at 12:30/13:00 hrs.
• Duckworth Lewis Method for rain affected matches• Junior program/initiatives
Division 1 and Division 2 must have junior program. Automatic Relegation to lower division when not
followed. Clubs who haven’t fulfilled yet:
• Ostend CC, Gent CC, Exiles CC & Arcadians CC Deadline: 31-Dec-2016

Proposal for 2017 Season
• Duckworth Lewis Method will be applied for all divisions (for rain affected matches) T20 and League
• Season April 2nd week till October 2nd week Any fixtures outside this period will not be considered
• BCF Players code of conduct
Proposal for 2017 Season• CricHQ App
All BCF organized matches is advised to be scored by the Home Team in the CricHQ App. • For Division 1, it is mandatory to use the CricHQ
App.• Player validation• Statistics (inc fielding) are readily available
immediately. • No need for LC to chase up upload of scorecard.
• Junior program/initiatives Division 1 and Division 2 must have junior program. Automatic Relegation to lower division when not
followed.

Abandoned due to rain• Points will be shared => 22.5 each• (Review) Clubs do not want to give 2.5 bonus points !!!
In case of no agreement (and the game couldn't be played by both), then "No points" will be given (0 points).
In case of a problem (that LC finds it out) with one of the team, the other team gets walkover (win: 20 + 2.5 bonus = 22.5 points). The team which is found guilty gets 0 points.
No fixtures CAN be played after the 2nd weekend of OCT (season end).

Proposal for 2017 Season• Players in BCF T20 and League
A player when he plays for BCF T20/League can only play here.
The Player can live anywhere. Whenever he wants to leave the BCF T20/League for
the season MUST get a "No Objection Certificate" from BCF League Chairman.
From that moment onward the player cannot come back and play again in the same season.
Players when they breach this will be given suspension along with the Clubs concerned in addition to forfeit
The Neighboring federations (KNCB, Deutsche and France) will be informed of BCF position.

Indoor tournament, SCM, BCF Sixers, BCF Kings Cup etc.,
BCF takes care of the Balls, Umpires and Disciplinary actions.
No restriction on the player location Players from different club or country can join and
form a team. Registration of such a team (including the players)
must be communicated well before the competition in clear official email communication to LC.

Star Players are identified based on CricHQ statistics These Star Players will not receive Best Batsman, Best
Bowler or MVP when playing for the lower division. Reason:
• Star Players play more games• Unfair for Players who play only in the lower division
COLORED KIT
Colored kit for 2016• Colored kits
Some clubs have shown interest to play with colored kits for T20 Games. Problems foreseen:• Every club has to invest in new kits (min. 40 EUR per kit)
– T-shirt, Trouser, Pullover and Cap– Pads, Gloves, Helmet– Sight screens (white to black)
• Pullover color must also be in the same color• Clubs can’t afford for helmets, pads and gloves.• New player joining the club during the season !!!• Black sight screens
– Assemble for each game. (Clubs having fixed painted wall ?)• White Balls• In case a club can’t afford a colored kit then
Club will not be allowed to participate ?• Any Player with different colored kit will not be allowed to
participate in the game.• Voting will happen in the part 2 of the EOS Meeting

BCF will not stall for 5 weekends the games Instead T20 games will be scheduled during this period One game only for Teams who follow Ramadan. LC must be notified clearly well before the Fixtures

League Structure
• 4 divisions Division 1 till Division 3
• 6 teams (Home & Away) Division 4
• > 8 teams - Playing each other only once• Top 4 after Round Robin will play Semi-Final and Final• Final winner will be crowned as Champions of Division
4. The finalists will get promoted to the Division 3. More Matches
• 10 for each in D1, D2 and D3• At least 7 and max 9 in D4
