Proposal for 2017 Season• Points

Abandoned due to rain• Points will be shared => 22.5 each• (Review) Clubs do not want to give 2.5 bonus points !!!

In case of no agreement (and the game couldn't be played by both), then "No points" will be given (0 points).

In case of a problem (that LC finds it out) with one of the team, the other team gets walkover (win: 20 + 2.5 bonus = 22.5 points). The team which is found guilty gets 0 points.

No fixtures CAN be played after the 2nd weekend of OCT (season end).

Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Greens (Saurabh): Argued that we shouldn't give bonus 2.5 points

Proposal for 2017 Season• Players in BCF T20 and League

A player when he plays for BCF T20/League can only play here.

The Player can live anywhere. Whenever he wants to leave the BCF T20/League for

the season MUST get a "No Objection Certificate" from BCF League Chairman.

From that moment onward the player cannot come back and play again in the same season.

Players when they breach this will be given suspension along with the Clubs concerned in addition to forfeit

The Neighboring federations (KNCB, Deutsche and France) will be informed of BCF position.

Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Comment from Fahim: A Belgium resident must be allowed to play in KNCB and also in Belgium. Most of the Club members rejected this and support the LC proposal
Page 17: BCF end-of-season meeting - part 1 - 23-oct-2016

Proposal for 2017 Season• Players in any other Tournaments

Indoor tournament, SCM, BCF Sixers, BCF Kings Cup etc.,

BCF takes care of the Balls, Umpires and Disciplinary actions.

No restriction on the player location Players from different club or country can join and

form a team. Registration of such a team (including the players)

must be communicated well before the competition in clear official email communication to LC.

Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Everyone agreed for this proposal. Only for BCF T20/League alone players cannot shift the Clubs.
Page 18: BCF end-of-season meeting - part 1 - 23-oct-2016

Proposal for 2017 Season• Awards for Star Players

Star Players are identified based on CricHQ statistics These Star Players will not receive Best Batsman, Best

Bowler or MVP when playing for the lower division. Reason:

• Star Players play more games• Unfair for Players who play only in the lower division

COLORED KIT

Page 21: BCF end-of-season meeting - part 1 - 23-oct-2016

Colored kit for 2016• Colored kits

Some clubs have shown interest to play with colored kits for T20 Games. Problems foreseen:• Every club has to invest in new kits (min. 40 EUR per kit)

– T-shirt, Trouser, Pullover and Cap– Pads, Gloves, Helmet– Sight screens (white to black)

• Pullover color must also be in the same color• Clubs can’t afford for helmets, pads and gloves.• New player joining the club during the season !!!• Black sight screens

– Assemble for each game. (Clubs having fixed painted wall ?)• White Balls• In case a club can’t afford a colored kit then

Club will not be allowed to participate ?• Any Player with different colored kit will not be allowed to

participate in the game.• Voting will happen in the part 2 of the EOS Meeting

Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
More Clubs are interested to have for T20. They see that to start of we should allow players to play with white pads & white gloves. Trousers, Shirts and Pull-Over needs to be of the same color. For sight screens Clubs already argue that most of the Clubs aren't having. Why LC bothering ?
Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Voting will happen in the next EOS meeting and then 2/3 majority will make the T20 with colored clothes.
Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Gent CC(Baber Butt)'s idea of directly starting in T20 & League is rejected by all. First, the white/pink ball will not last for more than 25 overs...

Page 23: BCF end-of-season meeting - part 1 - 23-oct-2016

Ramadan in 2017• Ramadan

27th of May till 25th of June Complete 5 weekends

• SCM takes 3 weekends• Proposal

BCF will not stall for 5 weekends the games Instead T20 games will be scheduled during this period One game only for Teams who follow Ramadan. LC must be notified clearly well before the Fixtures

Meeting

Ramasubramanian, Ganesh (Nokia - BE)
Clubs have shown interest to play T20 during Ramadan and LC recommendation of fixtures meeting to change the dates if the Club still can't play during Ramadan is welcomed.
