– “A Marine Highway” – ie. the movement of cargo by sea without directly crossing an ocean
• Short Sea Shipping exists all over the world in many shapes and forms:– Fuel barge, East Coast USA– Pipe barge, Yangtze River, China– Grain barges, Mississippi River, US– Container barges, Northern Europe
