RECTIFICATION DAYS TO BE TAKEN IN PART-TIME WORK:

We would like to inform you that we have been able to reach agreement in collaboration with the Inspectorate on the days to be taken up for the people who work in the full-continuous system. I.e. Up to now HR claimed that, from the moment people who normally work 148 (Full Continue) hours per 4 weeks, and work part-time, via care leave, parental leave, time credit with motive, fell back to 160 hours, and (as an example) to 80% wanted to go, they had to come to work 80% of 160 hours, ie 128 hours, instead of 80% of 148 hours, which is 118 hours. So instead of 4 days, people only got 2.5 days, 1.5 days per 4 weeks too little. What is more than 15 days on an annual basis, in this case of 80%, this is almost a month that people worked too much. To all who are in this system, go to the HR department for the rectification asap, and spread the word.If you have any questions, contact WNA from the BBTK team.

Working group (s):

A workgroup was started last year on the follow-up of heavy occupations for older employees, however, it has not gotten together for more than a year, and dissolved after the departure of Johan Vercammen.We have therefore asked for the start-up of a new working group for all older employees.At the moment, the management has not taken into account any of our proposals, they did not involve us in drafting the new plan for 45+, which was however the agreement. We now have had 2 months to respond to their proposal, which we did:

After consultation with the people, there are, as every year, reasonable and justified objections of the shift employees in, among other things, replacing the holidays and others. Here we are still working on a proposal that should be reasonable for everyone.

Burnout's, layoffs, dissatisfaction, long-term ill;

There are several people who are already at home or afraid they are goingto drop out with a BURNOUT, here too we have often played a helping hand, also in this we want to help.

People who get fired, or where they speak of a CAP, please consult someone from our team as soon as possible, then we can always do our utmost to do something about it.

In several groups there is dissatisfaction with the way of working with or by the group head, here too you or the other people can consult us. This does not mean that we can solve everything, but if we do not know anything we can certainly do nothing.

Thanks to more people who dare to consult us and come to us, we have been able to do something for different groups.And because of the problems with the people working in the 200mm lab, our listening skills and actions in this area, HR has threatened and tried to limit our syndical operation, but here we have responded with a firm response. It is our duty as an employee representative to be active for the people!

It is also mandatory for people who have been home for more than one month to ba able to ask THEMSELF to start an integration project. Which means, in consultation, adapted work, time, ....But, it is certainly not an obligation. The employer suggests this after you have been home for only one month, however the statutory period is 4 months. Do not sign anything, because such a reintegration has advantages and disadvantages.

We want to point out that it is best to involve someone from the WNA, that we can follow that everything is done correctly. Before being resigned!
