BBQ & Blues Sponsorship Form On Thursday, June 14th from 6pm to 8pm at Country Paradise in Somerville the Foundation for Mental Health will host its second annual BBQ & Blues ‐ a fundraising event to benefit the Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama. There will be plenty of BBQ, a silent auction, and great entertainment by The Chopdaddy Band.

As a Table Sponsor your company’s name and logo will be prominently displayed the night of evening, in all social media promotions, on the Mental Health Center’s web site and Facebook page. Table sponsorships are entitled to a reserved table and six (6) tickets. 

As a Title Sponsor, in addition to the above, your company’s name and logo will also be prominently displayed on a large banner during the event. The title sponsorship is entitled to two reserved tables and twelve (12) tickets.
