Breakout room – Switch groups until you find two/three people who will be teaching the same subject (aside from EUS)/have taught the same subject before

Change your status to disagree (Red: Not available)
Come up with a group name e.g. Johanna + Jessica + Ryan = Joessan etc.

Click on the icon next to the room you wish to join to switch groups.

REMINDER
When you share you screen with students,
1) share application window OR Tab instead of entire screen
2) avoid having tabs open, just open a new window

1. Link your all your course sites to Bb Collaborate Ultra
2. Create course link (easier access for students)
3. Create sessions with clear session names
4. Send students info on navigating Bb Collaborate Ultra before the session (e.g. Lesson Plan Ideas folder: ELC2013/ELC3121)
5. Allow time in the first session/allow time for students to familiarise themselves with the system
6. DO NOT record the session unless you have permission from all participants
7. You can check attendance and recordings on Bb course site
