age space is hard to come by, it is important

to store things neatly and efficiently. Smaller

shelves, cubbies, or baskets can make good

use of the space where clothes are not hang-

ing in the closet. Shelves no wider than three

feet keep the items in the garage tidy.

Printers, CPUs, scanners, and fax machines

are best if stored in cabinets under the coun-

tertop for the best use of workspace.

The last decision you need to make is how

you want your organized space to look.

Closets can have a utilitarian look with the

use of plastic storage boxes or be truly orga-

nized with a closet system installed by a closet

1. Determine the real use of each room.

Slow-motion strength training involvesbrief and demanding workouts to get greatresults. The basic concept? Lift relativelyheavy weights excruciatingly slowly (10 sec-onds to lift, another 10 seconds to lower)for as many repetitions as you can untilyou’re unable to move the weights anymore.And when you learn to challenge your mus-cles as deeply as a skilled trainer can teach,it’s impossible to workout much longer than20 minutes, even if you try.
