Project Scope

-Renovation of a new Administration Suite-Restore present office suite to classroom setting-Recommended project by the “Security Safety Task Force”-Creating a new “Secure Lobby Area” with electronic locking devices-Restoration to reflect original design construction (1938)-Four month time line for construction / renovation areas-Additional six – eight weeks for new traffic circulation and parking

(to be included in phase 2 of the project)-Demolition work during non-occupied hours (4:00 – 12:00)-Environmental issues following FDEP / EPA protocol

- Designed by SB approved Architect – DAG Architects, Inc-GMP approved by the SB – Elkins Constructors, Inc-Subcontractors licensed and FDLE checked-Project to be completed so Administration can relocate in the summer-Beginning a new school year with a Secure Lobby Area-Building Permit by the Walton County Building Department-All parties associated with the project will be wearing the ID badges-First Walton County School to have a “Secure Lobby Area”
