Site Information System Bavaria (SISBY)

Selecting the right site is of existential impor-tance for companies. Location, transport con-nection, construction law, trade tax rate, price – the suitability of a site as a company's base is influenced by a variety of factors.

Are you looking for a developed or undeveloped site in Bavaria? Do you want to start a new business in Bavaria? Is your business relocating or expanding? Use the Site Information System Bavaria, a joint project of the Association of Bavarian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Invest in Bavaria. On the website www.sisby.de, currently (as of September 2015) more than 2,000 commercial sites and proper-ties are registered, most of which, but not all, in municipal ownership.

The online version of the Site Information System Bavaria provides you with the following information and services:
