2. Scope of Work ProjectsA. Project Objective To guarantee good quality as management requirement at all RED Cell Jabodetabek and West Java. To ensure deliverables KPI are comply with service requirements Improvement network 2G-3G Radio Network Performance based on end user experience of drivetest. Sharing knowledge and best practise experience during troubleshooting problematic 2G-3G network identified.

B. Project GoalThis project have goal as described in Picture below Focus achivement REDCluster Jabodetabek Area. Less Churn # Provide strategy to improvement network performance and subcriber perceived call quality to helps to avoid losing subcriber to competitors. BadSpot Improvement refer to baseline target agreeement in the begining / KOM. Delivery some optimization activities to region, like support customer satisfaction, VIP Complaint, Event Support etc.

There are some pending issues as followa. JABOTABEK Red Sales Cluster in JAKUT due to most red cells location are facing sea. TCH Drop & SDSR give big contribution for 2G red cells. Identified 37 (GSM/DCS : 23/14) 2G cells have TA2 more than 80% and have high drop. 3G Accessibility is degraded during weekend due to capacity issue. 3G Low performance IFHO due to F3 activation, partial cross feeder suspection based on lowest KPI DRD. 2G Low performance SDSR is contributed MBSC_TolPlazaCiawi2. Alarm GSM CELL TRANSMISSION DELAY ABNORMAL b. WEST JAVA Red Sales Cluster in TASIK UTARA due to bad TA, high SDCCH Utilization > 90% , high TCH utilization > 90%, and big delta imbalance > 8 dB. 10 cells indicated hardware issue due to imbalance DL/UL too high and DL ratio < UL ratio Clearance Occurred Alarm Mushroom Site (different RNC) needed to clear Retuning frequency

CONCLUSIONThe 5th month of 6 months service has been conducted by TelkomInfra. Telkomsel hereby accepts the results as compliant with all requirements and scope of works outlined in the proposal document
