Bath and Body Works Login Guide

Use this document to help you log in to the various Bath and Body Works systems. Click from

the menu below to jump to a section.

Logging into VMWare

1. On your desktop, click the green VMWare icon.

2. Click on the cloud icon

mypc.lb.com (Save this information link if VMWare is ever uninstalled and reinstalled).

3. Click Accept.


4. Enter your VMWare Username & Password, and then click Login.

5. Your phone will get a

text or call, depending on the method you choose. Click Approve or follow phone call voice prompts.

6. You will then be

logged in as shown here.


Logging into SharePoint/Gingham Gateway Direct (GGD): Use Chrome

1. Start by opening Chrome by clicking the Chrome icon on your virtual desktop.

2. From the browser screen,

navigate to GGD by using either of the following methods:

• Click Customer Care Favorites, BBWS then GGD – Classic SharePoint.

• Just click the

bookmarked Gingham Gateway shortcut.

3. The GGD screen will display as

shown here. NOTE: Do not use the Click for Start of the Day links (this feature is not for Liveops Agents).


Logging into the Loyalty Tool: Use Chrome

1. Open the email sent to you in Chrome on your personal desktop, (must be Chrome) and then click the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button.

NOTE: You will only have 24 hours to activate Loyalty before the registration link expires!

2. The Synapze screen

will display as shown here. Confirm your correct phone number is pre-populated then create a password, enter it again to confirm, then click Create.

3. NOTE: A login screen

will display but do not use this screen.


4. Go to VMWare to relaunch Loyalty. Click the heart icon.

5. Scroll down and click

the Loyalty Customer Care Tool link as shown here.


6. Now you can log in! Use the password that was recently created, then click Sign in.

NOTE: For Loyalty Customer Care Tool password resets, please use the Forgot you password link on the login screen.

7. From this screen, you

can verify via SMS text code or phone call. If you choose to verify via SMS text, click Send Code. To verify via phone, click Call Me.


7a. If you verify via SMS text, enter the code that was sent into the field as shown here. OR 7b. If you choose the Call Me method, you will receive a phone call that prompts you to press the # key.

8. After verifying via either method, you will see the following screen. Click Service Hub.


9. The Loyalty tool screen will display as shown here.


Logging into Central Office: Use Internet Explorer

1. Start at the GGD page.

2. Scroll down to

the Customer Care Links on the right of the page.

3. Right-click to

open Central Office in a new tab.


4. Next, log in using your VMWare credentials. If you recently had the password changed for Vmware, it updates for Central Office.

5. The Central

Office screen will display as shown here. Note: Central office should not need a Password reset, however if you have issues, please send in an LSC Case.


Logging into Epiphany 2.0: Use Internet Explorer

1. Start at the GGD page and click the Epiphany 2.0 Resources tile.

2. In IE, right-click

on the EPIPHANY 2.0 link to open in a new tab.


3. Log into Epiphany with your Epiphany 2.0 credentials. This will typically be your last name then your first initial. For Epiphany 2.0 password resets please post in the Slack Channel – bbw-passwordresets.

4. The Epiphany page will display as shown here.


Logging into Order-on-Behalf-of (OOBO): Use Chrome

1. Find the Salesforce: Welcome to Commerce Cloud Account Manager email. Right click on the Activate Account link and copy it.

2. Open a new

window in VMWare and paste (Ctrl V) the link into the url/address bar field.


3. This will take you to the Change Your Password screen. Type in your new password and confirm it again. Then click Change Password.

4. Once your account

is created, go to the GGD page, and scroll down to the Customer Care Links section below.


5. Right-click on the OOBO link to open the page in a new tab. NOTE: You can also find OOBO in your favorites.

6. Enter the credentials you created for OOBO here. For OOBO Password resets, please the Forgot PW link in GGD under Customer Care Links. If you have issues with resetting send in an LSC Case.

6. The OOBO screen

will display as shown here.


Logging into ROM: Use Chrome

1. Start at the GGD page (or use Favorites) and click the Epiphany 2.0 tile.

2. Right click on

the ROM link and then choose Open link in new tab.


3. Log in using the following: Username: This will be emailed to you Password: Welcome123! For ROM Password resets, please post in the Slack Channel #BBW-passwordresets.

4. The ROM screen will display as shown here.
