    Follow manufacturers recommendations. Thesteps below is a commonly used method.

    1. Roll the earplug up into a small* thin Gsna$eG withyour ingers. :ou can use one or "oth hands.

    2. Pull the top o your ear up and "ac$ with youropposite hand to straighten out your ear canal. (herolled>up earplug should slide right in.

    3. Hold the earplug in with your inger. +ount to 12or 2 out loud while waiting or the plug to expandand ill the ear canal. :our voice will sound muledwhen the plug has made a good seal.
