For The Sweet Tooth - Simple Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Spray or line muffin cups 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Make sure butter is room temperature so
the mixture doesn’t clump. Beat in eggs one at a time 4. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt 5. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, alternating with milk. Beat well 6. Stir in vanilla 7. Divide evenly among pans, filling cups about 3/4 full 8. Bake for 18 minutes then let cool and enjoy!
