THE ROADMAP TO WORLD-CLASS SAFETY
The STEP program is an excellent tool for benchmarking a company’s safetyefforts annually. We use STEP as an opportunity to evaluate how much our safetyimproved each year and identify program enhancements for the next year. STEP isunique from other safety recognition programs because you are measuring howmuch your own company’s safety improved from the previous year, rather thancompeting with others. Everyone wins with improved safety performance.
