Bascom Hall Conference Room Display Set-up Rooms 53 and 55

Step 1:

Locate Power Button on Display and Turn on

or

Locate Power Button on Remote and Turn on Display

Step 2: Open Laptop Web Browser

(example: google chrome browser)

Step 3: Locate IP Address of Display - top left

(example: 144.92.141.37)

Step 4: Type IP Address into Web Browser and Press, Enter

Image below will appear on laptop display

Step 5: Choose appropriate Download “Windows”or “Mac”

Step 6: Once Program is Downloaded, Click on Downloaded Program.


Click “Run”


Find “code number”on room display, upper right hand corner, and enter it into field

(example: code 4920)

Press “Enter” when complete

(example: where to find code on room display)

You are now connected to the room display

You can “pause”, “resume”, and “stop” display sharing by using the appropriate on screen

control buttons

When done, please disconnect by pressing the “x” as indicated in the picture below
