This system allows residents to grant access for visitors from the secure lobby door. In order to connectHome Phone and Mobile Phone to the system, Residents have to register their telephone numbers withthe Management Office.

Audio Mode to Open Door:As shown:
Step (1): Incoming call, phone will show Alert and ring as shown in Figure (A).
Step (2): Close the Alert, answer call and communicate with visitor as shown in Figure (B).
Step (3): Press “#” key to unlock secure lobby door as shown in Figure (C).

(a) For house phone or non smart-phone
Step (1): When the phone rings, answer call and communicate with visitor.
Step (2): Press “#” key to unlock secure lobby door.
Step (3): Lobby door will open. Proceed to lift lobby.
Audio / Video Mode to Open Door:As shown:
Step (1): i. Incoming call, phone will show Alert and ring as shown in Figure (D).
ii. Close the Alert, answer call and communicate with visitor as shown in Figure (E).
Step (2): Click on VITEZ4Condo App as shown in Figure (F).
Step (3): Phone will shown visitor on video. “Slide” to allow entry access as shown in Figure (G).
Step (4): Lobby door will open. Proceed to lift lobby.

(c) For 3G, 4G, LTE mobile phone (non-Android / ios)
When the phone rings, answer call and communicate with visitor.
Press the “#” key on the phone’s keypad to unlock secure lobby door.
Lobby door will open. Proceed to lift lobby.
OR
Receive SMS with the URL Link.
Click the URL Link to access live video with the visitor.
“Slide” to allow entry access.
Lobby door will open. Proceed to lift lobby.
(d) For Resident to call the Guard Porter Unit at guardhouse
The Guard Porter Unit telephone’s number will be issued to the residents.
Important Notes:
Residents can register a maximum of two phone numbers with the management office.
Downloading the Apps “VITEZ4Condo” is free.
1.2 Visitor Call Panel at lift lobby
In order to call an apartment unit (resident) from the visitor call panel
Key the unit number from the keypad.
LCD display will shown dialing.
Wait for tenant response and communicate.
Example:
To call the apartment unit #00-01, key in the number 0001.
If the wrong number is entered, the LCD will display a message “Invalid Unit”.
If the correct number is entered, the LCD will display a message “0001”.
To call the guardhouse for assistance, key in “8888”.

Step (2): As shown:
a. Go to Setting, look for Notification as shown in Figure (A).
b. Click on Notification to search for “VITEZ4Condo” as shown in Figure (B).
c. Click on VITEZ4Condo App and set the “Alert Style” to “Alert Mode” as shown in Figure (C).

Go to Apps Store to download VITEZ4Condo.

a. Go to Setting, look for Application Manager as shown in Figure (A).
b. Click on Application Manager, look for VITEZ4Condo App as shown in Figure (B).
c. Click on VITEZ4Condo App. Set “show notification” to “On” mode as shown in Figure (C).

In order to access from the doors and gates
Flash the proximity card at the proximity reader as shown in Figure 1 & 2.
If valid card is being use, the Blue LED at the proximity reader will blink to Green,
door unlock, push or pull the door to enter.
If Blue LED at the proximity reader blink to Red after flashing, then wrong card or
invalid card is being use. Check with management.
Press the “Exit Button” for exit from the respective door as show in Figure 3.
In case of Emergency, release the electro-magnetic lock by breaking the
emergency breakglass for exit from the door as show in Figure 4.

3.0 AUTOMATIC VEHICLE BARRIER SYSTEM
To enjoy the maximum benefits for vehicles owners
Registering vehicle IU serial number at Management Office
Please slow down the car and drive nearer to the antenna for better sensing.
Upon sensing the car IU, the barrier will open automatically.
Barrier will close automatically after the car passed through.

4.0 FACILITY BOOKING SYSTEM
How to make a Booking (Resident or Tenant)
Before enter the facility booking website, please collect facility booking default ID and password
from management office.
Step (1): Go to facility booking website, log in User ID and Password.
Step (2): Go to the Access Control > Facilities Menu
Click on Facilities Booking

Select on the Facilites.
Click on the Date
Press GO

Select any empty slot (indicate in White), the slot will turn green after clicking on it.
