1 Validity 30 Days
2 Delivery Depending on order quantity
3 Payment 30% payment with PO. & 70% before delivery of material.
4 Freight Charges As per actual.
5 Warranty The system will be warranted against all manufacturing defects,
faulty workmanship for Twelve Months from the date of Installation,
accidental damage is excluded from the warranty. The warranty shall
expire in 15 months from the date of billing, if the systems are not
installed due to any kind of delay from the end-user.
Note: Remote control is not under warranty since its provided
complimentary.
6 Tax 14 % Sales Tax or Form – C with the P.O.-In case Form C is not
available- Kindly pay Tax difference amount which will be refunded
once the Form – C is submitted. Service Tax @ 12.36% on
installation charges. ( Billing from U.P)
