The House is a pristine example of a Belle Époque mansion, originally built in 1914.   The goal of the project of restoration was to preserve the original structure of the house. A guest house with 17 suites, that reflects the glamour of the 20s, surrounded by artist´s studios, diplomatic residences and walking distance to the Malecón overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Hotel B will offer 17 guestrooms, 10 distributed throughout the restored grand house and 7 more in the new, modern annex.

5 King Bedded Rooms (two of them can be converted into triple rooms by adding a roll-away bed). 26 - 42 square meters (280 - 452 sq feet). Located on the second floor of the historic mansion, Atelier rooms include either a foyer or private terrace overlooking the Boulevard.

4 Contemporary Queen Bedded rooms. 19 square meters (205 sq feet), 2 located on the second and third floor of the contemporary wing, overlooking the Spanish Diplomatic Residence on Calle San Martin and 2 located in the Old Manor wing. One of them, in the Old Manor wing is adapted for handicap access.
