A major European Energy Company that had acquired another utility engaged Baringa to help harmonise systems and processes across the business. Baringa Partners is engaged as the lead integrator delivering new trading systems and has developed a ‘to be’ process and systems blueprint for the merged business.

A major European Energy Company wanted to enhance its systems across the entire value chain. As a key advisor on the overall project Baringa has delivered a new ETRM and logistics capability for its European power and gas portfolios.

A major global Investment Bank decided to consolidate their physical and financial base and precious metals trading function onto their commodities trading platform. Baringa were engaged to project manage and provide business analysis and technical experts to carry out the migration.

An Oil Major decided to open a commodities trading desk in london and engaged Baringa to run it. Our client selected a new CTRM solution and the Baringa team ensured the brand new trading capability was up and running in 10 months.

A major physical Commodities Trader wanted to replace their freight and shipping systems. Baringa were engaged and ran the project from inception to completion. This included selecting the system, designing interfaces into their existing trading, risk and finance systems, and delivering the system.

A major physical Commodities Trader is in the process of implementing a customer developed metals trading system to support its physical trading operations. Baringa has been engaged to manage delivery, test and roll-out the new system.
