All up to date technical documentation for the proposed venue is to be emailed to the Technical Director at the earliest possible time. Scale drawings and plans are to be provided; the preferred file format is .dwg

4. Crew and Staffing
The Company requires a technical director (provided by the Producer) who is familiar with the location and/or the venue. He/She will act as an intermediary between the Company’s production team and the local technical team. The Producer agrees to provide the services of a professional, experienced and sober local team that can carry out all bump in, bump out, loading and unloading tasks. Presenter to Provide
a. Bump In Crew
1 x Technical Director 3 x Stage Hands 2 x truck unloader 1 x Head Lighting 3 x Lighting technician 1 x Head Sound 1 x Head Video 1 x Qualified Head Rigger who is familiar with the venue 1 x Wardrobe person to clean all the costumes (1 x Dedicated Translator – where French or English is not a fluently spoken language.)
b. Technical Run Crew 1 x Technical Director 1 x Head Lighting 1 x Head Sound 1 x Head Video
c. Show Call Crew 1 x Head Lighting (same as the Technical Run) 1 x Head Sound (same as the Technical Run) 1 x Head Video (same as the Technical Run) 1 x Wardrobe person (to clean all costumes after each show)
Sound, lighting and video will be operated by Cirque Alfonse technicians. They must be in the house facing the stage. They cannot be in a closed booth.
d. Bump Out Crew

5. Show call
Performance duration: 75 minutes without intermission. Show Call: At least 3 hours prior to each performance
Post Show: 1 hour post performance for warm down and reset
Additional access to the space may be required during the performance season where possible to rehearse.
6. Bump In
The show is designed for a third day open schedule, however it is possible for a second day open by arrangement.

The bump out will start 20 minutes after the show has ended and will last for 2.5 hours.

8. Staging - PRESENTER TO PROVIDE
Minimum stage dimensions: The performance space cannot be less than 30’ (9,1 m) wide by 28’ (8,5 m) deep and 22’ (7 m) high (minimum stage requirement) in addition to the wing clearance and space to move on each side.
The ideal stage dimensions are 40’ (12,8m) opening x 36’ (11m) deep x 26’ high Presenter to provide :
a. 1x round stage of 16’ diameter (4,8m) at 16’’ (40cm) with black skirt b. 2x 4’x8’(1,2mx 2,4m) riser at 16’’ (40cm) with black skirt c. Band Stage: 3x 8’x8’ (2,4mx2,4m) riser. 2x 36’’ (0,9m) , 1x 48’’ (1,2m) All fitted with
stairs and black skirt Masking :
3 pairs of black border (according to venue dimension) 1 black backdrop
Staging plans are available on request.
9. Seating
Barbu, Foire electro-trad , need acces to the public area with two set of stairs in the aisles. One patron will be invited on stage during the show to interact with the acrobats.
10. Rigging Presenter to Provide A suitably qualified and experienced rigger that knows the venue, its structure and its charge limitation. An engineer certification must be provided upon Cirque Alfonse request. 1 x Rigging point at the very center of the circular stage. WLL 2200lbs/1000kg. 1 x Rigging point (block and pulley) over the floor counterweight. WLL 2200lbs/1000kg. 1 x Floor Rigging point along the venue wall. Used as counter weight. WLL 2200lbs/1000kg. 4 x Celling rigging points for hanging 1 video screen of 24’/7,3m x 8’/2,4m. (Preferably rigged on a single

15. Dressing Rooms, Wardrobe & Green Room Presenter to Provide
