Banterra adds a location in Missouri, located in East Prairie at 99 Prairie Drive. This branch will open in Summer 2015.

Banterra donated their current building to the city of Metropolis. This branch will open in Fall 2015, and is located at 521 Ferry Street.

PLANS FOR 2015

Continued GrowthBanterra plans for continued growth in 2015, with grand openings planned for two new branches. After establishing a loan production office in October 2013, Banterra is happy to announce a grand opening for a new branch in East Prairie, Missouri estimated to open in Summer 2015. The new branch, located at 99 Prairie Drive, will be led by Brad Keck, Senior Agriculture/ Commercial Lender.

In Fall 2015, Banterra will open a new branch in Metropolis, Illinois. To assist the county in finding a solution for the 1942 courthouse that was in much need of repair, Banterra made an approximate $3.5 million value donation by providing their current branch facility to serve as the future courthouse. Banterra will then open a more modern and efficient facility to serve as its branch location.

new desiGnsEast Prairie and Metropolis will feature a new design known as Dialogue Banking, which emphasizes the opportunity to have more dialogue with our customers in a casual environment and includes newly-designed teller stations and expanded self-service opportunities, among other features.

More ConvenienCesWith a continued effort to offer convenience to customers, Mobile Check Deposit was offered beginning in first quarter, giving customers the opportunity to take a photo of a check and deposit it through their Mobile App. Also in the first quarter, Banterra’s overdraft services was expanded to include Debit Card Overdraft Services, allowing customers further convenience for their debit card needs.

CustoMer FeedbaCkAt Banterra, we are encouraging our customers to inform us of how we can serve them better, with online and printed surveys that are heavily promoted. Listening to our customers’ needs resulted in new offerings for 2015 including Account-To-Account Transfers (External Bank Transfer Capability) and expanded service hours for electronic banking customers.
