• It is a massive building site• General principle remains sound• It WILL be fantastic - when it is finished !• Improving infrastructure - roads airport,

more runs and lifts etc.• Nice old town with good restaurants, basic

shops, banks and tourist facilities.• Bulgaria very cheap - Beer 40p !

Our RecommendationsOur Recommendations

• Too early to sell now• May need to hold 3 yrs + to maximise

growth• Furnish to sufficient level for OPIG use• Establish protocol for use by OPIG

members or close friends and family• Review status at least annually
