THE INSÓLITOThe Insólito restaurant is a voyage to an unusual and enigmatic destination. Here you will
find a panoramic rooftop overlooking Lisbon, the São Jorge Castle and the Tagus river. The
interior dining room is almost as fascinating, with its whimsical decoration and gastro bar,
where you can dine while wacthing what’s going on in the kitchen. Using a creative approach
in selecting and preparing the ingredients, our chef is able to create custom dishes for guests
and groups. The Insólito also features a cocktail bar, where you will be able to discover our
mixologist’s unique creations, based upon the classic cocktail formulas, reinvented to suit
more contemporary tastes. Additionally, you will find a selection of Portuguese wines that
reflect the history, culture and geography of the country.
The Insólito is the ideal place for group dinners or lunches, special celebrations, events and
meetings. Our staff will greet you with a sincere smile and deliver a completely focused
service, making your experience truly exceptional. Audio-visual and sound equipment is
