Spring 2013 Banner Request Form Greg Monn Spring 2013 Banner Chair Gregory_Monn@Baylor.edu Banner Policy: 1. Banners have a base fee of $100 each plus the cost of ink ($0.30 per CC) required for material costs. Billboards have a base fee of $50 each plus the cost of ink ($0.30 per CC) required for material costs. 2. Banner form and design must be submitted one week prior to banner display. Forms submitted within 6 to 3 days before the first day of hanging are subject to a $25 late fee; forms submitted 1 or 2 days before the first day of hanging are subject to a $50 late fee. 3. Payment will be due the day before the banner is hung on the date requested below. The Banner Chair will send an invoice reflecting the cost of the banner, along with any additional fees. 4. Banners will hang for a maximum of 5 days, and no banners will be hung on weekends. 5. No banners will be hung during school holidays or on the following dates: April 8 th - April 19 th . 6. Banners can be hung at the following locations: Penland Tennis Courts, Vara Martin Daniel Plaza (next to the SUB), and Collins Parking Garage. Billboards can be displayed in the following locations: the corner of Fountain Mall and 5 th street next to Mars McLane Gym, in front of Memorial Dining Hall, the corner of Fountain Mall and 3 rd street near the Sid Richardson Science Building, the Student Life Center along the sidewalk coming from Russell Gymnasium, and in front of Tidwell Bible Building. 7. No more than two (2) banners/billboards will be displayed (from a single organization) at one time for any single event without prior permission from the Banner Chair. 8. The Organization agrees to the rest of the banner policy as listed in the Banner Policy Handout. Banner Description: Please draw the banner below.
