Pastors and Ministers, please send me your

Church or Ministry infor-mation. I need the nameof the Church or Ministry,Minister or Pastors nameand a brief (3 or4 para-

graphs) article or descrip-tion of your history or ac-tivities.

Write as if you were writ-ing a promotional piecefor your local newspaper.Id like to begin to incor-porate these into theBanner and share yourministry with others.I believe this will be aneffective way to promote

the New Testament. Theythink it arrogant to evenquestion the wisdom of thechurch fathers. We on theother hand see our job de-scription as one ofrecoveryof truth which has been lostor distorted, to "earnestlycontend for the faithwhich was once deliveredunto the saints"(Jude 3).

What sets the ApostolicChurch apart from the restof Christendom is not merelyits emphasis on Acts 2:38salvation and worship of theOne True and Living God inJesus Christ but also aunique approach to scrip-ture. Our actual goal asChristians is merely to begenuinely Apostolic. We

strive to "weed out" tradi-tions and doctrines of menwhich were added later.

Basically, we try to takewhat Luther started to itslogical conclusion, true bibli-cal reformation. We seemany doctrines and beliefsas not Apostolic, but as alater development. Even mylearned seminary professorswould agree with this, butthey put much authority inchurch history. They see the

goal of the Bible scholar/theologian to develop theseed left by the writers of

may be glorified in theSon...If you ask anythingin my name I will do it.We must obey and standon the word. We must putaction to our faith. So chopthat wood and keep theflame of your faith burningbrightly.

What is Faith? Is it simplysaying, I believe? No! It iswords spoken and actionstaken. You mightsay...remember the mus-tard seed. We only needthe faith of that mustardseed to ignite the fire. However, it needs wood inorder to burn. The morewood the bigger the fire. Iffaith has not works, it isdead, being alone. As thebody without the spirit isdead, so faith withoutworks is dead also. Nowfaith is the substance of

things hoped for, the evi-dence of things not seen.We must put action to ourfaith. Satan tries to destroythat substance. He neverwants us to receive theevidence of our faith. Why? Because true Biblefaith opens our eyes andturns us from darkness tolight and from the power ofSatan to God, that we mayfreely receive the things ofour Father. By our actionsof faith, prayers are an-swered, healings bestowedand deliverance obtained.Jesus said Ask in myName that the Father

The greatest need in the world today is not achange in Washington. It is a real and lastingchange in the hearts and live of people. In this ageof easy beliveism what the world needs most isthe reality of Jesus Christ and the truth of the Gos-

pel. True Biblical Christianity is Pentecostal, Apos-tolic and Oneness. The basic and fundamentaldoctrine of True Biblical Christianity is the Biblestandard of full salvation, which is repentance, wa-ter baptism by immersion in the name of JesusChrist for the remission of sins, and the Baptism ofthe Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speak-ing with other tongues as the Spirit gives the utter-ance. ( John 3:5; Acts 2:38; Acts 2:4)

    The One True God

We believe in the one everlasting, True God whohas revealed Himself as the Father, through HisSon in redemption, and through the Holy Ghost atwork in the lives of believers.
