The Comarch OnLine 3 Trading system is the most modern

tool of its kind on the market. It provides access to stock

exchange listings, market information, market analysis,

individual share information and Order Management System

(OMS) functionalities – orders are submitted directly from

the listings table, OMS also makes sure that they are sent

at the appropriate time. The main assets of Comarch NOL3

include its speedy operating time, ergonomic presentation,

provision of up to date information and the reliable manner

in which it presents data. The Comarch NOL3 system is

the result of extensive experience gathered by market

experts from brokerage houses and target users (stock

market investors). The continuing introduction of various

TelecommunicationsComarchNOL3 is an advanced application which allows

the client to follow the listings of financial instruments on

the Warsaw Stock Exchange in real time. It brings with it

the possibility to carry out technical analysis of the current

and previous market trends, as well as to create individual

investment strategies, which are adapted to a particular

investor’s profile. Stock Exchange listings are accessed

using various data sources. Information which is presented

to the application user does not have to be limited to the data

in a single stream. It is also possible to process the data or

to supplement it from other sources. The application has its

own data base. It is resilient to pauses in the information

flow. The application is geared toward internet users,

brokerage service users and brokerage house employees.

The solution is also available for mobile devices.

Application modules: Listings Window – the main application window,

which presents the current prices of chosen listed

instruments. It is divided into tabs. Each tab allows for

data personalization of the by allowing the system user

to independently define the papers that he is interested

in as well as the scope of the presented information.

Market Monitor – a window which presents chronological

information on transactions made on a set group of

instruments (e.g. shares, rights to shares) during trading

hours.

Instrument Details – a window which allows one to

become familiar with the most important information

pertaining to the instrument in question.

Market Activity – the window contains a summary of

information about instruments from active listings. The

window presents the status of the listing as well as

information about the value of trading.

Order Agenda – a datasheet which presents detailed buy

and sell information entering the market, the numbers

of instruments under offer at specific price levels as

well as the number of orders for specific price levels.

Transaction Table – the window contains detailed

information about all the transactions made on the

given instrument from the start of the trading session.

Ticker – the ticker allows for the presentation of listings in

the form of a continuous information strip which shows

share prices and their fluctuations in percentages.

Alarms – this module allows the user to make changes

and to erase alerts pertaining to listings.

Charts – the module presents the system user with

information about the share price of the given instrument

in numbers or using a chart based on the history of daily

listings or intraday listings. The application provides

a tool package for technical analysis, including line,

candle, bar and kagi charts with moving averages EMA,

LWMA or SMA (I, II and III) as well as cycle, trend lines

and a series of other chart elements. A wide range

of additional indicators to interpret data can also be

added to the chart window: STS, RSI, ADX, ATR, Ultimate

Oscillator, Momentum, ROC, MACD, Wolumen, Williams

%R, CCI oraz LOP.

News – a window which allows real time viewing of

capital market, money market and investment fund

news bites.

DDE Module – a module which allows a direct copy of

prices onto an MS Excel sheet.

The Comarch NOL3 application has an integrated transaction

module which allows the speedy submittal of orders directly

from the listings table as well as access to information about

the investment account. With regards to transactions, the

application covers:

Submitting Orders – the possibility of an immediate

order transfer from the listings chart, menu or investment

account to the market. The orders are transferred to

the transaction system. The system also allows the

preparation of proposals for orders as well as the

conditions for their launch (integration with the alert

module), which means that they can be carried out

quickly once the appropriate market conditions indicated

by the user come about.

Order Monitoring – information about the current status

of order realization with the possibility of its modification

or termination as well as a preview of the transactions

realized for individual orders.

Basket Orders – the possibility to create a set of orders,

which are additionally activated on the basis of an alert

mechanism.

OnLine account statement - key information pertaining to

funds, account settlements and a history of operations,

access to the current investment portfolio - updated

based on market listings. The possibility to call an order

directly from the window which presents the current

investment account. A particular advantage of the

solution is the possibility of personalizing the interface

by the user as well as the parameterization of analytical

tools. The user gets to choose the windows that he/she

wants and the range and manner in which information is

presented. The brokerage house can give clients default

settings based on the most common practices employed

by brokers and office clients. These take into account

the possibility of creating defined packages (levels

of access), e.g. the presentation of data on particular

instruments or the number of offers in the order book.

The possibility also exists, to make the data available

for technical analysis programs in the most popular

formats.

NOL3 has been implemented in brokerage houses such

as DM BZ WBK, BM BPH, BM Alior Bank and DM BOŚ.

Clients for whom mobile devices are the basic work tool,

can realize key operations to do with observing the market

as well as making orders using the mobileNOL application.

Among others, the application guarantees a preview of the

order datasheet, transaction history and account status

as well as the possibility of placing orders and monitoring

alerts. The application is easy to navigate. It has an optimal

capacity with regards sending data as well as architecture

of information which comes up on the user’s screen.
