National Bank of Andrews has had a business relationship with eBank Systems, a Lubbock, Texas-based solutions provider that specializes in delivering complete turnkey systems for community banks, for 5 years. The bank has a historical connection to eBank Systems founder Dave Boren. “When the bank opened, we opened

on a system owned by

Dave Boren and knew his commitment to customer service and innovative technologies,” Rulestead says.

Trinisys saves clients valuable time by presenting all customer information in an interface reminiscent of a well organized file folder, which reduces both the drill down to search for needed information and the number of screens to navigate. Each account contains a variety of information including related accounts, ACH history, PDF statements, check images and account maintenance. By eliminating excessive keystrokes across organizations, Trinisys can help clients save thousands of dollars over the life of a core processing contract. eBank Systems also helps clients save money by replacing legacy systems

with the latest

technology, reducing hardware maintenance costs and overhead.

One platform the application offers is the fully integrated, fully featured Trinisys eTeller, which streamlines all teller job functions. eTeller helps banks stay compliant with CTR and SAR reporting, keep track of savings bond redemptions and interface in real time with Trinisys to help prevent losses. Its optional interface with the Diebold Teller Cash Automatic Solution helps ensure cash drawers are balanced, makes teller

traffic faster, eliminates human error and allows tellers more time to interact with customers.

mails to vendors when you render payment, manage an unlimited number of invoices and create an unlimited number of thresholds per invoice. Paid invoices are automatically interfaced to the General Ledger. A database of all vendor related activities removes the need for manual searches, spreadsheets and paper logs.

“eBank Systems has a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to work on any problems you have and offer solutions even if they are not easy or are particular to just your bank,” Rulestead says. “They care.” Asked to name eBank Systems employees her bank has had an exceptional experience with, Rulestead cites Ben Bressler, James Carruth and Deanene Hoffacket.

The best feature of eBank Systems is “the flexibility of the system and the great customer service that permeates the organization.” Rulestead says. “Using eBank Systems allows us the flexibility to run our bank our way. eBank Systems’ focus on the customer is exceptional. The system is user friendly and flexible; however, the customer service from the top down is what outdistances them from the competition.”
