The complete six large volumes that make up this magnificent History of WomanSuffrage are all on this CD-ROM in PDF format. The first two volumes of this six volume set was compiled in 1881, and volume threein 1886, by ELIZABETH CADY STANTON, SUSAN B. ANTHONY, AND MATILDAJOSLYN GAGE; volumes four in 1902 by SUSAN B. ANTHONY and IDA HUSTEDHARPER; volumes five and six were done by IDA HUSTED HARPER alone; these lasttwo volumes were issued in the name of THE NATIONAL AMERICAN WOMANSUFFRAGE ASSOCIATION in 1922.

The complete six volume set as they are on this CD-ROM contain a total of 5,875pages – vol. 1, 888 pages; vol. 2, 972 pages; vol. 3, 1054 pages; vol. 4, 1206 pages; vol. 5, 846pages and vol. 6, 909 pages. It was necessary to disassemble these thick volumes in order toscan them into electronic form, and so we had to destroy a rare – almost impossible to find– and valuable set of books, but now that they are in electronic form the chance of thisvital information surviving is greatly increased.
