ESTIMATE FOR CIVIL, FURNISHING & ELECTRICAL

1. PARTITION

Note: A. The rate for wooden partition or cladding will include for making out outlets of appropriate size for electrical, telephone and

computer terminals wherever required. The surface of the electrical boxes if any shall be hidden/ flushed with veneer work according to

design.

B. All wooden framework for partition or any allied work shall be free from large knots, cracks, saps and other defects and to be treated with

two coats of solignum paint. Timbers shall be of specified quality and approval of competent authority shall be obtained before fixing the

framework.

C. All plywood shall be of BWR/BWP grade and blockboard shall be BWR.

D. All door frames and members of the partition walls to be fixed securedly with RCC, ceiling and floor.

E. All framework shall be of sesoned malaysian sal wood unless otherwise mentioned.

F. Removal of all debris from site to suitable dumping ground following Municipal guidelines is the responsible of the contractor.

LOW HEIGHT PARTLY GLAZED PARTITION: Supplying and erecting low

height partly glazed partition (Upto 4'6" Level) as per drawing and

conforming to the following specification. Basic Framework : Malaysian Sal

wood frame of C.S size 2" x 2" at required spacing but not exceeding than

1'6" x 1'6". All the framework shall be coated with two coats of wood

preservative and Fire Retardant material. Skin Membrane : The opaque

portion of the partition (3'-0" from the finished floor level) as per design shall

be covered with BWR grade 2x6 mm thick ply on both sides of the partition.

Finishing :The opaque portion shall be covered with 1.5 mm thick laminate

of the prescribed shade .The groove between two laminates shall be not

more than 3mm. Skirting: The skirting shall be 6 " high covered with BWR

grade 12 mm thick ply and finished with the prescribed shade of laminate.

Glazing: The transparent parts of the partition shall comprise of 12 mm thick

clear float toughend glass (etched as per design) tightened in place with

teakwood glazing bead of approved shape and polishing the same with

wood polish of mahogany colour as per the instruction of the architect. In

case of Cash counters the glass shall have hole for transaction of money

and papers. Edge Moulds: All free top / end surfaces shall have teak wood

moulds of approved shape ( 80 x 25 mm C.S.) finished with wood polish of

mehogany colour . Rate shall include providing cut outs and provisions to

run electrical conduits , switches etc. It shall also include the etching ,

polishing and making holes in the glass if any.The thickness of the partition

may varry as per design and rates shall include the charges in the thickness

as well.

mm Dune Supreme RH99 Prima Tile false ceiling of 2'x 2'grid with approved

brand of armstrong. The rate shall include the additional cost of Tee and L

supports and other accessories near the ends/ odd size edges/corners.

Provide additional length support from the ceiling to the false ceiling grid

wherever necessary, making necessary openings for electrical light fittings,

alarm detectors and any other fixtures. No extra payment for making

include all the taxes, transportation, erection, loading and unloading and any

GYPSUM CEILING : Providing & fixing 20 mm thk.gyp board

conforming to IS2095-1982 on metal frame suspended from r.c.c. roof

having following sizes Ceiling Angle :- 25 x 10 x 0.55 mm to be hung

from the r.c.c. roof with rawl plug and clip to be placed at 1220mm c/c.

Ceiling Section :- 0.55 mm x 51.5mm x 26mm x10.5mm lipping to be

fixed with the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip

placed at 457mm c/c jointing and finishing to be done as per

manufacturers guide lines.

Rate shall be inclusive of any vertically ceiling part,slot,tube

light,fans,A.C grills ,fire and secuirity systems cutouts with framing and

finishing with necessary jointing compound,paper tape.

1.2 Modular Metal ceiling

GRID TYPE: Providing , fabricating and erecting lay in type regular

15/16 mm Dune Supreme RH99 Prima Tile false ceiling of 2'x 2'grid

with approved brand of armstrong. The rate shall include the additional

cost of Tee and L supports and other accessories near the ends/ odd

size edges/corners. Provide additional length support from the ceiling

to the false ceiling grid wherever necessary, making necessary

openings for electrical light fittings, alarm detectors and any other

fixtures. No extra payment for making openings in the panel/grids for

the purpose of light fittings. Item rate shall include all the taxes,

transportation, erection, loading and unloading and any other incidental

expenditure for completing the work.

2.0 SOLID PARTITION

a

SOLID PARTITION: (laminate both side) Supplying and erecting full

height solid partition (up to false ceiling) as per drawing and conforming

to the following specification Basic Framework: Solid partition with

Malaysian Sal wood frame of C.S size 2" x 2" at required spacing but

not exceeding than 1'6" x 1'6". The framework shall be treated with two

coats of wood preservative and fire retardant material,Skin Membrane

: The skin shall comprise of a covering of 2 x 6 mm thick BWR grade

plywood,Finishing : 1.5 mm thick laminate of prescribed shade on

both side. The groove between two laminate joint shall not exceed 3

mm as or otherwise specified by the architect, Skirting: The skirting

shall be 4" high finished with prescribed shade of laminate as per

design.Rate shall also include providing cutouts and provisions to run

electrical conduits, switches etc.The thickess of the partition may vary

as per design and the rates shall include the changes in the thickness

as well. NOTE : In case of false ceiling the vertical T.W member to be

fixed with R.C.C slab / beam but area of the partition payable will be

bellow the false ceiling only.

bottom lock, SS brushed finished 2' long and 1" dia. handle on both

WOODEN ROLLING SHUTTER BOX : Providing & fixing in position

Aluminium composite panel (of approved colour) of 3mm thk.with

PVDF coating & LDPE core laminate exterior grate (Eurobond/

Altobond/ Alstrong make) including fabrication of the same with

aluminium sections, required hardware, silicon cealent (dow corning -

789), masking tape , including necessary sscaffolding . The ACP shall

be fixed to 12mm ply wood fixed in position to aluminium section as per

instruction given by the Architects.

vitrified tiles of Nitco / Kajaria equivalent approved make and shade

and pigments. The rate includes curing acid cleaning, cutting

etc.complete or tiles should be laid on existing flooring and necessary

adhesive of like nitolite - GP of forsrock make shall be used as direct

(skirting shall be same for all levels .Basic price of tiles shall be Rs.100/-

, Rate also includes filling of Zaries in skirting cutting of doors is

required complete as directed. or Removing existing flooring and

skirting and providing and laying new vitrified tiles flooring as above

including cement morter bedding etc. comp Rate for above both
