hosted buyer. As your intermediary, IHTC 2018 doesn’t command your schedule. Other than the required

one to one appointments, you own your own schedule.

Please note: Acceptance into the program is decided by IHTC advisors, we might not have any influence

over the qualification requirements or acceptance process.

Ÿ A refundable deposit of USD 500 must be paid to IHTC. The same will be credited back to your

account 10days after the conference.Ÿ Security deposit is to avoid the last-minute cancellations or no shows at the conference.Ÿ No cancellations will be allowed once the arrangements are made (Tickets, Accommodation), Or IHTC

has the right to forfeit the deposit of USD 500 paid to IHTC.Ÿ Attendance is compulsory for both the days at the IHTC conference.Ÿ Any additional charges at the hotel must be paid directly.Ÿ IHTC will not be responsible your belongings.

You must be active in the field of Medical Tourism (preferably India), be responsible for planning,

organizing and recommending institutes/ places/ patients for travel for medical reasons.
