VYRAL MUSIC
Vyral University: Band Metrics: Complete Walkthrough
NEED A QUICK AND EASY WAY TO PRODUCE QUALITY STATS...Band Metrics has created a website that allows you to do just that...
Band Metrics is an analytics site created to measure a band/artists level of social
interactivity and track things such as twitter, radio play, and fans of your social networkpages. It is a surprisingly easy tool to navigate and use, and allows you to quickly sign
up and get started by logging in through one of your social network accounts such as
twitter, Facebook, and others. I have found this Analytics tool to be useful for situations
in which you need to access Twitter data quickly and effectively. Band Metrics is
currently in Beta mode, which seems to affect some of the features and functions of
the site. Hopefully, there will be added stability, as well as many more features to come
as Band Metrics expands its platform.
A
Quick and
Easy way to get
stats related to

you are already logged in to that specific account, (ex: Twitter) that it will automatically
locate your credentials and just require you to give Band Metrics permission to access

Band Metrics is definitely a
tool worth checking out. It is
not the best platform forMusic Analytics, nor is it fully
functioning. I have found it to
be fairly easy to use (when it
does work properly). It is very
easy to create an account
and get started, which makes
it an added bonus to anyones music analytics toolbox.
There are many new features that Band Metrics has promised are in the works,
including expansion to other social networks, added support for multiple artist accounts,
and more. At this time, however, it seems to be only useful for Twitter statistics. Use this
tool along with a much more expansive Analytics platform, and you will hopefully see
the benefits of its data.
