This undiscovered treasure is one of Mexico’s best-kept secrets! La Huasteca Potosina is immersed in the Sierra Madre Oriental offering rich biodiversity from mountains to valleys, and desert to jungle. Explore this amazing natural region with turquoise colored rivers cascading down lush green canyons. Jump off 8-meter-high waterfalls and hike to a deep jungle gorge where millions of parrots and sparrows nest. Sleep to the sounds of nature in the jungle alongside the river and explore the surreal castle of Edward James in Xilitla.

Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime experience to swim with the giant (but gentle and vegetarian) whale sharks off the coast of Isla Holbox. A day tour will take you out in search of these huge surface-skimming creatures where you will have the chance to swim several times alongside them. The whale sharks swim slow-ly just under the surface of the ocean feeding on a smorgasbord of plankton and algae that float into their open mouths. These fish are among the largest in the world, yet are one of the most gentle and peaceful creatures alive. If you are lucky you might see dolphins, giant manta rays, stingrays and other marine species while you enjoy a scenic boat ride in the calm turquoise waters of the Caribbean ocean. *Available from June 1st through September 15th only.

Day 1: Arrive to Mexico City at any time you want & take a luxury public nightbus to Cd. Valles in San Luis Potosi. (Duration 9 hrs) Day 2: We will pick you up at the bus station. You will be able to have breakfast at a local restaurant before your adventure begins. Be amazed by Puente de Dios waterfalls and natural caves, then relax in the turquoise waterfalls and natural swimming pools of Tamasopo. In the afternoon we will head back to the village where we will have dinner. (We require a minimum of 4 people to program a visit to Tamul Waterfall and Water Cave.) Day 3: We’ll have breakfast at the campsite and then go to the top of the Micos River to begin our amazing Waterfall Jumping adventure where we go down the river and jump from the top of 8 waterfalls measuring up to 10 meters in height. Then we will head to Minas Viejas, one of the most amazing sites in la Huasteca Potosina where we will relax, have a nice lunch and then head back to our eco-village. Day 4: We will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Xilitla to visit the surreal-ist garden & castle built by Sir Edward James. BOLIvIA: UyUNI TRIPS / DEATH ROAD

An unforgettable 3-day adventure expedition in a 4x4 Toyota land cruiser through the world’s largest blinding-white salt flats of Uyuni into the desert of southwest Bolivia to visit tiny vil-lages, multi-colored lakes with flamingos, geysers and thermal hot-springs at 4,000 - 5,000 meters.

Ride the Most Dangerous Road in the World near La Paz, Bolivia if you dare. Feel the adrenaline pumping through your veins as you cruise along this infamous dirt track. Navigate hair-raising curves with sheer vertical drops in breathtaking sceneries.

Day 1: Arrive to La Paz at anytime. Take a night bus to the town of Uyuni in the southwest corner of Bolivia.

Day 2: Visit Uyuni’s train graveyard and head to the small village of Colchani where salt miners are hard at work. Cruise along the vast white expanse of salt and visit a salt hotel before having lunch on Inca Wasy (Fish Island), made of petrified coral with beautiful cactus and rock formations. Take fun and crazy group photos from different angles and spend the night in the tiny village of Agua Quisa.

Day 3: Breakfast at 7:00 am and drive through the Chiguana desert surrounded by active volcanoes that you can see from the scenic overlook point. See thousands of pink flamingos in intense red-colored lakes and continue to the Desert of Siloli at 4,550 meters where you can take a photo next to a huge lava rock formation in the shape of a tree.

Day 4: Visit Sol de Mañana Geyser at 5,000m to walk carefully next to fumaroles and steaming craters filled with boiling mud. Slip into the therapeutic 35 Cº hot springs and have a pancake breakfast at the lodge. Visit the desert where Salva-dor Dali found his inspiration, the Green Lagoon with toxic waters at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano at 6,000m. (Optional connection to San Pedro Atacama, Chile). Return to Uyuni for your night bus to La Paz.

Day 5: Arrive to La Paz and end of trip. Please make your own way to the hostel of your choice.

After crossing the tourist checkpoint our downhill adventure begins. Cruise along the Death Road from high altitude snowy peaks down to the jungle descending 3,500 meters in a total of about 5 hours. Make a rest stop at Unduavi to fuel up on snacks and water and pass by the Curve of Death with waterfalls and a vertical drop. Watch the awesome lush jungle scenery with sweeping views of the valley and river below as you cruise down to Yolosa at (1,800 meters), where our bike ride comes to an end. “Adventure is a path. Real adventure – self-determined, self-motivated, often risky – forces you to have firsthand encounters with the world. The world the way it is, not the way you

imagine it. This will change you. Nothing will ever again be black-and-white.” Mark Jenkins

8. What is the validity of my pass? The Bamba Hop-On Hop-Off bus pass is a flexible and convenient way to travel which allows you to make changes to your itinerary (departure dates) any time you desire so you can enjoy each destination to the fullest! In order to confirm availability we strongly recommend making changes at least 48 hours in advance. 10. What does minimum recommended travel time mean? We recommend a minimum number of days for each route so you will have time to enjoy the cities, towns, activities and nature without feeling rushed. This is usually the shortest way to travel through the route with time to see and do it all.11. What if I’m travelling on my own? Travelling alone is a great way to get to know yourself and meet new friends. Many Bamba Experience travelers arrive on their own and find that they quickly meet people along the way at their hostels and on their free activities. Every country in Latin America has different visa policies for every nationality. Sometimes it is helpful to travel with a few extra passport photos just in case you need to provide one for a visa upon arrival. 13.
