The Guest House is situated approximately 2,75 km from the KUSILE POWER STATION MAIN

GATE and next to the Bronkhorstspruit R104 Road, giving easy access to the farm as the

tarred national road runs past the farm’s entrance. The Guest House is situated on a farm of

21 hectares which is divided in two sections, on one side accommodates the old “Balmoral

Motel/Bar and Dance Hall” (which is currently not operational due to renovations) with a

Restaurant and Liquor License - the remainder is open field of 14 hectares.
