Communication Skills are Essential
o Address your Supervisor in a professional manner
o Cooperate and respect your fellow co-workers
o Use patience with the students that you are working with
Punctuality is Key
Part of being responsible is making sure that you are at your job on time each working day.
If you know that you are going to be absent on a day you are scheduled to work, make sure that you tell your supervisor ahead of time.
Responsibility is a MUST! o Students are responsible
for showing up to work when they are supposed to. It is not the supervisor’s responsibility to come find you.
o Students who have not
shown up for their jobs have been “fired” and replaced by responsible workers.
